FYVI! *they charge 50% of cost when clients cancel 12 hrs before and anything after the 12 hours it’s 100%. The kicker here is Calling after hours and leaving a voicemail is not honored for within the 12 hour time frame. If your appointment is at 3pm Saturday and you call and leave a message at 5:30 pm Friday you will be charged 100% percent of the initial charge! They wil explain this clearly so that you fully understand their cancellation policy! Ok, I can do that so I proceeded to book. I used their services twice both techs were great and friendly but my actual second appointment was canceled by the company 4 hrs before it was scheduled! They offered no incentive! My second appointment went great! However my biggest issue is it’s always about 5-7 weeks I have to wait in between appointments. Gel ex nails have to be done in a timely manner they are just like press on nails. My fingers hurt and the nails lift which puts me at risk for bacteria and fungus. Replying to your reply I never verbally abused your staff neither had I stated that I was charged I just spoke on the few things I did not personally like one being your cancellation policy! I wasn’t going to be charged because I DO NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENTS! I’m a professional! I was clear and respectfully communicated my issue. To be truthful I was contacted several times while at work about coming in earlier than I booked! Which is pretty pessimistic! I hung up on your staff because after I shared my issues with untimely service she offered to give me half of the services I needed and wanted to book me for another day to complete my request and then she went on to say let her know if there was something she could do for me. I said no and hung up the phone! I have VALENTINES NAILS ON MY HANDS IVE CALLED MORE THAN 3 times for 3 weeks to book an appointment! Your availability is TERRIBLE AND THATS THAT ON THAT!!!!! You don’t get to devalue me as a customer Continuously cancel my appointments and accuse me of being abusive because I verbalized my issues! I started off as a positive but you don’t deserve that every with your...
Read moreSo I got the rubber base with gel manicure and the CBD pedicure. I also had the previous gel polish removed from my toes. Total was $160+. That is absolutely insane! I chose gel polish for both my nails and toes because I assumed it was included in the price, that was my mistake. Once I got home, I was looking at my nails and there are lumpy spots, thin spots in the polish, and the polish doesn’t go edge to edge on some nails. For that price, I would expect higher quality and it to be perfect. After tip, it was almost $200 for a manicure and pedicure. My nail tech hardly even spoke to me, but I tipped her pretty well because the foot massage was nice. The tech also painted my toes the wrong color. I asked for pink on my toes and specifically said I didn’t want the green that was on my nails on my toes because green toe nails might look weird. She laughed and then still painted them green. I didn’t notice until she had already put the first coat on. This was my birthday present to myself because I work 50-60 hours a week and needed some “me” time. I could have definitely used that $200 better. I won’t be back.
Edit to their response: It came to $127 online. I know what I booked, I booked it. The rubber base with gel manicure was $50, CBD pedicure was $67, and gel removal was $10…..online. The nail art was a total of 4 dots on each hand…..so, you’re telling me 8 dots is another $30+? Even $127 was pricey, but I was interested in trying a new salon since I just moved to the area.
It was extremely awkward. I tried talking to her a couple times and gave up because all I got was a little laugh or a head nod and that was it. So I sat in silence for 2 hours. Some people prefer “silent services”. I’m not one of them, it makes it awkward and uncomfortable.
So for the price, the quality, and feeling uncomfortable the entire time…….I won’t be back and don’t want you to “fix” my nails. I wouldn’t expect you to be the cheapest salon, but if I’m going to pay what I paid, I expect it to...
Read moreThe gel manicure ended up looking great, but Mackenzie made almost half of my fingers bleed. I was hoping for a comfortable environment coming here for the first time, but the girl they gave me just seemed in a constant bad mood and barely said anything to me. I knew things were gonna go bad when she was cleaning up my cuticles and instead of slowly trimming off a hang nail, she got ahold of it and painfully pulled it back and off, and then she was shocked by how much my nails were bleeding. Then followed by her drilling over my now sensitive cuticles with the nail drill making even more bleed. I also told her I was bad at hearing and she seemed frustrated by me making sure I heard her and her directions right of where to put my hands when needed. She also was bad mouthing a coworker in front of us when they “stole her client” to fix a nail. It was just very unprofessional and she just seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. If I do come here again, it’s definitely going to be a different nail tech. We even discussed me having a matte top coat which she verbally agreed on, and then she ended up putting a normal top coat on. No big deal. But then I asked her what happened to us doing the matte, she just rolled her eyes and got up to go grab the matte top coat and silently redid them. My anxiety and being hard of hearing was only amplified with her. I really wish I had a better experience.
Update: went to my regular nail lady and she said she’s shocked I didn’t get an infection and had me show these photos to another nail tech because she was in disbelief. Even suggested I call the board on this person. I could barely wash my hands for almost two weeks because of how badly she cut me on multiple different fingers. I’ve been with my new nail lady for about a year and she hasn’t cut me ONCE, and this girl managed to do it five times in the...
