I’m summer, an employee that was present during the sale that Robbie Abdelhoq spoke about. This remark was found to be too disturbing to ignore, not because it encouraged hate, but because it neglected the truth. With all respect due, the shop policy was compromised in order to accommodate a customer's request for an exchange. The dress had to be brought in right away in order to keep a realistic guarantee that the gown wouldn't be utilized for a future buyer. I had called, confirmed the appointment, and we had a lovely conversation resolving in an understanding and was grateful for the appreciation comments. The dress, however, was refused to be brought back again after missing both appointments, thus the topic was dropped. I understand how frustrating it is to lose out on a generous opportunity, but we are not accountable for tolerating the disrespectful demands; we are human too. I’m in shock that you would go as far as dispute a charge that is still in possession. To better educate you, you committed a chargeback fraud in order to get the gown for free. You can go to jail for fraudulent chargebacks! Merchants can take consumers to court over fraudulent chargebacks, and many jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges for...

Amazing amazing amazing service. I actually got a dress from here like 2 months ago but I hadn’t posted a review because of how hectic things were at the time for my sisters wedding. But anyways Maha is actually the sweetest & she MADE SURE i walked out happy with what i was getting. i even booked and came super last minute so i had to find something quick & off the rack for the wedding, and let me tell you to no surprise i had a wide array of choices from the most beautiful elaborate gowns to the simpler but stunning styles. Maha knew immediately what i wanted from what i told her and had sooo many options. and of course i found the dress of my dreams that was everythinggg, literally EVERYTHING i hoped for. it was the exact size i needed, had the sleeve type, material, color, and appliqués i wanted. and i cannot express how much love & attention the dress got at the actual wedding, EVERYONE was asking for the low. anyways i need to stop because i’ll keep going, i actually can’t rave enough. best dresses in...

Very unprofessional and rude. Walked in to our 4:30 appointment was was rushed out by the lady stating that she needs us to hurry up for her 5:15 appointment... and this was ten minutes after we came in ON TIME for our appointment. We felt very out of place and unwanted. The lady started unzipping my sister while she was still showing us the dress she was interested in without her consent. While changing she kept barging inside the dressing room asking if everything is ok. When asked if they had dresses in similar princess style dresses i was rudely told “no this is one of a kind” when I clearly seen more princess style dresses hung around the very cluttered display room. You just lost yourself 4 customers that were actually looking to give you service. I’d rather spend my hard earned money...
