I gave one star because that’s what is in the deep of my brain although they have nice jewelry and a worker who is nice I think her name is Abeer and to be honest the times I went there after I tell myself don’t go there is because they are the most empty place from customers lol you barely see someone in there never busy. The guy there is very rude he carries all his life worries to his job and treats customers as if they are responsible. Very disrespectful even when he tries to be nice it just because he knows that he just messed up. A while back I took a beautiful necklace that broke. I loved it and didn’t want to sell it, they told me they can fix it when I went to pick it up it was hooooorable they literally used yellow glue (they say it’s gold) my little niece can do a better job!! It’s almost a year now and I’m so upset that I haven’t even want to look at it again 😔 the cost was $30 that he waved I wanted to throw it on his face but just left I couldn’t say anymore. This is not the first time it not only myself but I have family and friends that went there before and they all say the same. I have times when I want to shop for gold and sometimes have to I think of going to them to avoid the crowds in the other stores around that have good customer service and beautiful items but I remember the times I go in there and the rude customer service they have and rather buy the respect of myself and not ruin my mood by stepping in...

I searched around for a jewelry store and came upon Elsayed jewelers. But It seemed unpopular even though the jewelry looked nice on the pictures. Well I visited the store and checked the gold, they looked too yellowish and were very light in weight. Basically it wasn't what I expected, though there were some that I liked. My problem is with the owners. They are very VERY VERY rude. They are not interested in anything else other than you just paying the damn money and to leave! They cheat on the prices and take advantage of those that are clueless about gold and gold prices. They are VERY unprofessional and just rude. I can't say enough about how rude they are. Especially if you're not a new visitor. And No I'm not a jealous dealer like you said to the other reviewer so people won't listen to him/her. I bought gold from your disgusting face and I will forever regret it. I was wondering why no body goes there, but now I understand.
