Went here 5/26/23 to see the Little Mermaid. I purchased at ticket two days in advance to ensure I had a spot for the 9:45pm showtime. I arrive to the location at 9:38pm. They scan my ticket and see say the lot is full for Little Mermaid and I need to watch Mario Kart first and then watch the movie I paid for in advance at 11:15pm. Why allow ticket purchases online if it is still first come, first serve? Why not deduct the amount of online purchases from the amount of tickets that can be sold for that time slot? I do not purchase a ticket for a regular theatre ahead of time and I get there and they tell me they already sold the seat I purchased. Make it make sense. The website advised to show up 20-30 minutes early to make it through the line, park, settle in and get concessions. Never said to get there 20-30 minutes to ensure you get a spot. Again, what is the purpose of purchasing online? I already saw Mario Kart over a month ago and the movie was already halfway through when we arrived at screen 1. So not onIy did I have to wait over an hour to watch my movie I did not get my double feature for Guardians of the Galaxy. looked online and they even sold me a ticket for a time that was not available yesterday. My ticket purchase on Wednesday said 9:45pm but the website said 9:30pm so they even changed the movie time. Theatre 1 was also too dark to fully enjoy the movie. The movie needs better lighting or the screen needs to be replaced. You did not get to see the vibrant colors of the movie, sometimes the film even looked like it was in black and white. The only way to get a refund is to talk to someone at the box office. So you can conduct business online but only file complaints in person and not through email or phone. Such an antiquated process and a way not to address customers concerns. So you want customers to file complaints outside while cars are driving by? Such a...
Read morebeen going here since I was a kid.love that it's a family owned, small business.luv the privacy ,of not hearing rude people talking, using phones, blocking ur view.luv paying cash, not a credit card in advance for resseved seats.restrooms r clean, good slushies, popcorn, food.polite employees.i hate indoor theaters.my hubby and I only love drive in movie theaters.just which they'd tear down the metal barriers.being physically disabled/older makes it a diificult walk to the restrooms (we refuse to use outhouses),long walk to the concession stand.they need to build at least an extra concession stand.yrs ago-they never had metal barriers-they had extra concession stand buildings with public restrooms.they have a clean public restroom attached to the concession stand,as well as outhouses.they except cash payments at the gate for tickets, and at the concession stand.they could make their pretzels homemade, instead of premade, the nacho cheese is gr8,and hot,gr8 slushies,gr8 popcorn w/real,hot butter.gr8 nachos and cheese.they could use onion rings, fried breaded mushrooms, with cocktail sauce, hamburgers, veggie burgers. my hubby and I are both older, physically disabled., r generation goes to drive ins-instead of indoor theaters.the younger, healthier people go to indoor theaters/stream movies.the metal barriers, make it very difficult to walk around to go the the restroom and attached concession stand.memory lane drive in-in Monroe mi-was perfect.sadly-went out of business.we will be going to ford Wyoming, from now on-as long-as r health permits us to walk around the metal divider, barriers.the older we get,the less we can physically walk, the longer distances, less balance we have. can u/will u ever tear down the metal barriers? why'd u build the barriers?the metal...
Read moreI went to see Monsters University paired with Iron Man 3. A great double feature which having watched the pairings change at this drive to figure out what I would like to see it is rare to get a good match. While a great idea of a drive in and probably was a great time when it was originally constructed it now suffers from light pollution from the surrounding warehouses, light static on the radio transmission for the screens, and a lack of consideration by other attendees. I went with my date and was looking forward to keeping my windows down because it was hot, but due to families parked on either side of us chain smoking we had to alternate what window was open so we wouldn't be consumed by the smoke throughout both movies. There was also a period where some employee was walking through the rows selling glow sticks and rings to the kids which were then were waving around below the screen all night. Who sells light up objects at a movie!!! There were distractions to say the least. The facilities show much wear and how old this drive-in is and the parking drive in route is in need of regrading. Last throughout the second movie of the double feature cars started to drive out with lights on. Of the drive-ins that I've attended before this this ranks at the bottom of the experiences. While it may have more than enough parking spaces so you won't have a problem getting in I caution to not have high...
