After having our F150 in and out of the shop for a total of over 3 months for misfires, stalling, software issues, Ford told us the fix was to use premium fuel. The manual and gas cap says regular unleaded. Even after using premium we still had issues of very bad mileage far below the expected highway city. Ford kept delaying us and not fixing known issues till the lemon law period was out then just cut ties with us and refused to communicate. I have told them to delete all my info as I will NEVER own another Ford product and I keep getting marking offers and calls for service specials. Credit cards, Lincoln lease products, veteran specials. etc. I have become evangelistic in warning people about Ford.
