The reality of a matter guys you got to believe the negative reviews that people have put on here. Pardon me guys from my previous 5* review that was from almost two years ago experience with a male doctor who had provided service to on a professional level and very well experienced however I thought things were the same and scheduled my appointment with them which was set for yesterday 1230pm by receptionist Which was sad and total waste of my day, time and unnecessary expenses that I shouldnāt have occurred if I knew. First and foremost,I have two little ones who I had to find a babysitter for, unpaid day off work, fuel and time wasted driving only to arrive on time and to meet this weird ladies, unqualified rude manager and her assistance manager. I arrived ,wait to be called only to watch this women in office gossip.I was called in went in the room as I wait to receive the treatment all I could hear it them women outside the room gossiping while am waiting for about 20 minutes listening to them talk gossip in English and switching to foreign language ( Some āmiddle eastern**) Next thing one of the young ānurseā who is apparently trained to do what the doctor (my previous dr did) came up and told me the most arkward thing, they were unable to do my treatment in the afternoon, it takes two hours to numb my face to do prp and filler and itās never done in the afternoon, daaah!!! I looked at her and said that was a lie, I have had same treatment previously and never took that long to do it, stupid she thought I was !!! she goes on and says and it will take 3 hours to do prp therefore they are not able to provide the service to me (my price quoted was,ā special promotion for $ 750ā matching the Groupon deal). I told her while too bad to late I will just have to be patient wait and get it done since am here and driven that many hours and all she had to say am sorry your were not told and you here only consultation. I said what?...only to tell me while I can do it if you are going to pay us $1100 ,I was like what in heaven hands is wrong with you people? although I could clearly see they were being discriminative am a patient person who love to give everyone benefit of doubt. I finally concluded what some one mentioned on the review,āThe receptionist lady on the injectibles side of office is so disguistingly rude. If you don't wear a hijab, expect to get treated worse than a dog from her.ā The place have changed. Please before you go to this place be careful think twice and make sure they fax you the pricing they quote you for plus commitment to show the service they will be providing to you itās easier to hold them accountable for it. The ladies in the office are aware I am posting my review just because I told them people have to know their dirty business they are doing. Am sure she will be here trying to lie about what or not did or didnāt āt happen like she is doing with everyone else here who have posted negative review. Previously the place was lovely currently it a foreign gossip discriminating place. I would be careful where they gossip and talk about their clients and make critical decision that only God knows why they decided to behave the way they did. I fear they can screw up with someoneās face or use fake products who knows just like itās stated by some other people about the products they received. Intially i requested for the doctor who attended me previously and was told he is on permanent medical leave by the receptionist now I wonder what does that mean!!! Stop....stop before going here save yourself time and your current beauty we might get worse while trying to reverse the clock with such a petty people. I have given one star but it really for the building setting .We go such a place for a reason and if same reasons are violented stay away!!!!!.....You remove my truthful review I take you to media because itās the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. Bought a groupon for 20 units of botox. After signing a bunch of consent forms for procedures I was not having, I was brought back to meet with the doctor. The receptionist stated sometimes the doctor will put a "free thread" in but did not go on to explain what that was or what it meant. The doctor told me that 20 units of botox was not enough to do anything and I would need to buy more to have results. I explained I have been getting between 20-25 units of botox for the past 5 years and I was comfortable with that amount. He continued to tell me it would not be enough to do anything (mind you I am someone who is early 30s getting botox routinely as a preventative every 3-5 months with no deep wrinkles). He told me I should be getting botox from a doctor not just an injector, I explained to him I do routinely go to a plastic surgery office and get it injected by an plastic surgery MD not an injector and was happy with my results. I was more or less coerced into buying an additional 20 units in order to have the procedure performed. During my consultation the doctor pulled out a before and after photo of a woman with dramatic dark circles and baggy eyes showing how he performed a procedure on her to reduce the appearance of her dark circles/baggy eyes and he could do that for me too. I found this to be incredibly insulting as I do not have dark circles/baggy eyes and did not inquire about this procedure at all. After agreeing to pay for additional botox the doctor came back with the supplies. I was very surprised to see he was not reconstituting the botox within the sterile vial as I have always seen it done but instead had vials with the tops popped open and was drawing from there. First he came at my head with a large needle without botox. I was not sure what was happening but after googling after my procedure it seems the doctor placed a "thread" in my forehead without my verbal consent or explaining the procedure and risks/benefits to me. I would not have agreed to this. Then he began to inject the botox. I noticed liquid dripping down my forehead. It was not blood, but the botox/saline mixture. I was very confused why the botox mixture was dripping down my forehead rather than being injected into my forehead. I am not sure if his technique was poor but it felt like he was barely putting the needle into my skin (explains the dripping botox) compared to all my previous times getting botox. The whole encounter was poor, but my complaints don't end there. About 2 days later my forehead (where my injections were) was covered in large itchy, red bumps. In my 5 years of regularly getting botox, I have never experienced this and have never had a reaction to botox. I took Benadryl hoping this was maybe an allergic reaction. After no relief by the next day I called the office stating I was concerned I was having an allergic reaction to the botox. The response I got was very dismissive that it should "go away" and "I don't know what to tell you." I continued to have these welts for about a week and they finally went away after taking Benadryl and ibuprofen everyday. For having 40 units injected which is the most I have ever had, I have the most movement in my forehead I have ever had after getting botox. I can only assume this is due to poor technique or dilute or counterfeit product which might explain the extreme reaction I had to the treatment. Stay away from this place! It is not worth the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBUYER BEWARE! Horrible experience! I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal for six areas for one year. I never got ANY results. I told the woman doing the laser that I was not seeing results but she explained "it just takes time". On my 5th treatment, I had another woman doing the laser. I explained that i was still not seeing results, so she looked at my record- she revealed that the previous woman was not increasing the strength of the laser which is why I was not getting results (and at one point even decreased the strength). I continued to see her for 2 more sessions but overall- there was no results. I asked to speak with the manager to see if i could be offered a few extra treatments since the 1st five treatments were not done properly. The manager was AWFUL and very rude. she claimed that she "didn't believe me" that I was lying about not getting results. Then she told me that they don't "get any money off of your groupon purchase anyway". I asked to speak with the Doctor but she told me "No, I am the one in charge here". I have never been to a business where management speaks to it's clients that way. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. The other staff members were nice, but this manager woman was completely unprofessional. I understand not all results are typical but to have ZERO out of six areas not work? Such a scam! (also- i looked at all the "lowest rating" reviews, their response is even awful- claiming that they must be "fake reviews"...wow!)
Edit: (response to you): I most certainly NEVER threatened anyone in any way about a bad review or the like. Simply put- I felt my services were unsatisfactory and I wrote a review based on the services received. No...
