So I come in with a locked iPhone 5s that has a shattered screen. I call the store and they tell me that they can fix my screen same day for 90 dollars. I drop it off and come back around 30 minutes later and he says it's all done. I ask him how much it is to unlock it and he does it for just 10 dollars in 2 minutes! I had to go to Canada for a week but my screen started acting up and had a white hue on the screen. I couldn't see anything from the side and since I was in Canada I couldn't fix it. As soon as I came back I called and the worker said I should bring it in and he'll see what he can do. I bring it in and he tells me the screen could have been faulty and replaces it for free! Now it's working perfectly and I'm very thankful for that. For real this is a great store and whoever might need something phone related should call this store first! Great customer support and super quick service! Would recommend this store...

ZERO STAR* Went in to get the glass on the back of my 8 plus fixed (which took 4 hours) and received it back with orange colored spots on the front screen. The back camera wasn't focusing and now it doesn't even work as well as other problems (I didn't have any other issues with my phone until I got it back from them). I took it back so they can fix what they did to my phone (took hours) and I'm still having problems. The guy wanted to charge me an extra $20 for taking time to fix my phone on something that was their fault to begin with. I wasted $90, my gas going back and forth (living an half hour away), and my time and still ended up with a phone that has problems. I'm NEVER stepping back into that place again and I DONT recommend anyone going there too. Thanks to them, I have to take my phone to a actual professional to spend more money to get my phone fixed the way it was supposed...
