I had a disappointing experience at Roma recently that has left me frustrated. Their inconsistent operating hours are a major inconvenience for customers, and it seems like they are not taking this issue seriously. This was particularly frustrating for me as I had planned a pizza party for 6pm. When I arrived at 5:35pm, hoping to order two pizzas, I was met with confusion from the employees. They informed me that they were closing at 6pm and refused to take my order, finding it strange that I would even ask at that time. This lack of consideration is unacceptable. I’ve been a life long customer living right down the street and for the past few months things were horrible. I’ve waited over 30 minutes in store for every order I’ve made whether it was a phone order or an order placed when there was no one in the store. I enjoy the slices here. The foods good. The service is terrible. The young woman behind the counter allowed a customer to stand at the register until his order came through, instead of taking the next persons order. They were 3 other people here’s that could have helped. They didn’t. I get up to the line she jumps on the phone to take an order then someone tells us oh the POS was done.
