Zero Gravity — Attraction in Decatur

I love this store! Its truly a unique place, and I'm happy its still around all after all these years. I remember visiting it as a kid, now I have kids of my own. They have everything from action figures, pop culture t-shirts, jewelry, vinyl records to swords, knives, a head shop full of pipes and bongs and smoking accessories, a huge selection of vape mods, tanks, RDAs/RTAs, ejuice and accessories to posters, wallscrolls, other home decor and still tons more to boot. It's pretty amazing all the stuff in there.

Most of the girls in there are really friendly and happy to help as well. Although sometimes it would be nice if they'd walk away and let you look for a while at the vape counter. They tend to hover. Makes me feel like I need to hurry and select something so they can go back to work, although they've never acted that way.

The main reason I knocked off a star is their prices. As much as I love all the stuff in their shop, and wish I could make all my purchases there... they're just too expensive. And in this day and age I have to make every cent count. So unfortunately I can't buy as much there as I wish I could. But its great to have a place like this for when you absolutely want or need something and you can't...

I stopped at zero gravity while passing through Decatur. I needed a tank for a vape and a coil…. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a while not by one or two but all three employees working, you would think at least one person could get it right. I had one employee walking on my heels but if I ask a question the answer was idk than a blank stare while another employee is shoving knives and swords in my face while trying to convince me 50%off of 40.$ is 30$ bc that’s what we charge but the supervisor, I guess, came to the rescue, loudly saying …. what are you doing you are not allowed to do discounts why are you helping her. Customer service is terrible! I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone! I had an issue with a purchase, and called them (same day). I was told they would help me out no problem. I told them I was on my way, from across town, the guy I spoke with said okay. I got there 5 minutes before closing, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. When the guy who waited on me earlier came to let someone out the door, I told him who I was, he told me to come back next day! I explained that I had just called and was told to come on in. I also told him I had been there five minutes before closing. He actually yelled at me!!! So, I was going to upgrade to a product more expensive than my original purchase.
