Had the best experience! Took my Apple Watch and iPad into be looked at. My appointments were at 3:40 & 5 and I was just going to shop around in between my appointments. The gentlemen I was working with was named Shawn! (I hope that’s the right spelling of the name I can’t remember!) He was very personable and friendly! He was able to get my iPad looked at, got my Apple care info, paid the replacement fee and it was easy as that! Now my next appointment was not until 5 but the next appointment was a no show so he got me in right away to look at my watch. He made sure to wait before he confirmed they were a no show. I was so pleased he could get me in right away! The Apple Watch was a little tougher but he took his time to make sure he tried everything he could! He made sure he explained the details of what was going to be happening and the time frame of how long it’ll take! I was able to get everything taken care of before I even expected to start my second appointment! I give him a 10/10 for customer service and I’m very pleased with my first experience...
Read moreHad my Iphone 11 screen replaced a few months ago. Took it in again because the new screen started having the same issue the old screen had. When I explained the issue to the customer service rep. he checked my phone and asked about other damage that was on the phone previous to the first time the screen had been fix and reacted as if I were lying about it. He was not helpful in telling me any of the options he had available to help get my phone working or even if the repair was covered or not covered by a repair warranty. I knew my original apple warranty was up but I was told to take the issue to apple... I had already communicated the issue to apple and decided that a local fixer was my best option. I thought the geek squad was suppose to be smart. I break u fix got my money this time and I will be returning to geek squad in dekalb...

(liquid damage, some keys still didnt work) so they sent it again as a REDO meaning no charge to me, when they contacted me they wanted to charge me again! i set them straight, then they had it almost another month!
