My name is Michael Lozano i have lived in DeKalb my whole life and I would like to write a review about the outstanding customer service I received from Mattress Firm. I didn’t think I’d ever make a purchase at a Mattress Firm ever but I felt the need for a new mattress, I felt myself waking up constantly at night and my girlfriend convinced me to walk in with her to shop for the buy one get one free pillow sale going on. I saw it as an opportunity to have a look at the mattresses and their prices.

What I didn’t expect was this sweet, charming saleswoman named Maggie to convince me to take one home! Maggie had my girlfriend and I lay on a mattress that suited us and I began to imagine what having a brand new mattress would be like and I fell in love.

Long story short, if it wasn’t for Maggie’s experience as a saleswoman I would have never taken a mattress home. I’m very thankful for Maggie because she made us feel like we were apart of her family and I knew she wanted the best for us and to help us as much as she could.

In conclusion I’m elated with the service at Mattress Firm. I could go but I’ll keep this short; Maggie was outstanding and I can tell she’s been doing this well and for a while. Maggie has the potential to help anyone find the mattress that’s right for them. I’m so excited for mine to arrive and I will forever be thankful for Maggie, Bruce and the entire Mattress firm in DeKalb! Thank you!

The buying experience was very good. The manager of the Dekalb location was very helpful and worked with us on a good deal for the mattress and all the extras during the Labor Day Sale. We went with the 90 no interested financing and we are so far pleased with that. The only complaint we have is that the mattresses on the showroom floor are MUCH softer and more broken-in than we expected. Our mattress was delivered 2 minutes before our delivery window! The guys that delivered it were respectful and very helpful. The only problem was that the mattress was Hard-as-a-Rock. We have had it a week now and have discussed exchanging if it doesn't get better within a 30 day window. This makes us disappointed with our experience because we have been putting off buying a mattress for years because we didn't want to choose the wrong one or the wrong size. We went with the Beautyrest Ashbury in a King, which was extremely comfortable in the store. Unfortunately, not so comfortable at home :( Now we will have to pay a $149 restocking fee if we return it and get charged a delivery fee for the exchange because the mattress we received was not what we...

Bought a mattress last minute at the tail end of the black Friday weekend. Came in Sunday night and was promptly greeted by the sweetest sales woman named Maggie. I told her we had no idea what type of mattress, brand, or firmness level we even liked - but we knew we could no longer stand our current mattress we had bought online just a year ago. We procrastinated mattress shopping like you assume most would, but we knew we couldn’t order another mattress online without first laying on it. Maggie jumped in without hesitation and gave us the grand tour of pillow tops, classic springs, hybrids, purple, temperpedic, & memory foam— you name it, we got to try it!! All firmness levels included!! She was funny, caring, listened to our likes, dislikes and woes about our current mattress. She gave her expert opinion, but didn’t push anyone type of mattress or a purchase at all. After the lovely tour, she gave us all the time we needed to go back and forth narrowing down all of our favorites. Once we decided we were out in no time!! 10/10 would return and specifically recommend Maggie to anyone!!! Do not buy a mattress online until you visit...
