Went to Chipotles today, when I walked in the guy says cash only the system was down. However he advised me to use the app and place and pay online. No big deal that part worked out okay. however, the two bowls I got were not so good. I ordered Carne Asada for both bowls. I could not believe how small the portions were. What I received for two blows should have been in one bowl. The Carne Asada was cold and tough no flavor. The rice was also cold and clumpy. The other toppings were also meager. I ordered a large bag of chips and was very disappointed in how small they were. I ordered a large drink and while drinking it I noticed a long black hair floating in the drink. disgusting !!!!, The restaurant was dirty and appeared unkept, like it had not been cleaned in some time. 44.50 for this very poor quality tasteless food. I understand restaurants are being hit hard and are trying to stay open and keep people working, however providing poor quality is not going to keep people working. Consumers have only so much money to spend on restaurant food. I will not be going back anytime soon. Update 03/11/2025 I had such high hopes after not eating here for one year. I thought I would try it again. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED. First of all, I didn't think the place could get more filthy, but yet it has. Chipotle do you have something against cleanliness ? The entrance and exit doors are so nasty, it is clear they have not been cleaned in many months maybe years. The glass inside and outside has caked on filth. The floor in the entrance way was dirty, it had salt and mud and dirt. Today was a warm day we had not had rain or snow in over a week, there is no reason for the entrance to look like this, except to match the inside of the restaurant. The floors, tables and drink station all were just plain nasty, dirty, filth, spilt drinks and food were clearly visible and this was at 10:50 in the morning, at opening. The counter and glass at the serving station was just as nasty, It is clear this place is not cleaned on daily basics. I would have left at this point, however my wife was looking forward to this meal. I placed my order for two bowls. I selected the rice and proteins. I couldn't believe how small the portions of meat were. I then asked for the toppings separate, something they say they glad do, however all the eye rolling and huffing and puffing says different. I always asked for the cold toppings separate because my wife and I will eat half of the bowl for lunch and the other half for dinner. by having the toppings separate it is more enjoyable to reheat the meat and rice and add the toppings, this way its not all warm and more enjoyable. WELL, it should be more enjoyable. The food is just not at all enjoyable. We each had half barbacoa and steak. The steak was cold and rubbery and the barbacoa was chewy and gristle. It appeared to me the man serving the meat was offended by the split meats, like it's some kind of scam or something. Same for the young lady serving the toppings. They seemed pissed off at serving the toppings separate. the young lady was making a mess of putting the items in the cups, scooping them in such away too make sure I knew she was upset, not to mention the mess she was making at the food bar. Then the other young lady literally threw the bowls and cups of toppings into the bag causing the bowls and cups to open, I had a mess in the bag. I don't understand this kind of attitude from servers. I didn't ask for special treatment and I did not comment on any of my concerns I mentioned here, I said nothing to these employees outside of placing my order. I was polite and friendly. I feel it is not worth saying anything to servers who act like this. The managers are there and see what is going on, so this kind of behavior is ok with them. I assume this location is still pulling in a profit, so it stays open. I will NEVER be back here again, nothing has improved in a year. Read moreI went in and asked for a veggie bowl at this location which I go to everyday and order the exact same thing. The server asks me do I want brown or white rice. I say no rice. She then proceeds to dump two large spoonfuls of white rice in my bowl. I repeat I do not want any rice. She sloppily dumps most of the rice out then proceeds to add my beans. I ask for queso and she starts the order behind me then comes back to mine and says any salsa? I replied yes Salsa Verde please. She then go for the red salsa puts some on my bowl and says red or green? I say well I asked for verde. She adds verde on top then I say did you add my queso? She says no. So I say well I wanted queso can you put it on the side? She fills a cup up with an attitude like it was my fault she hadn’t listened. The cashier then tells me 12 dollars and some change. I reply no I get this bowl every day. She says well when you get the cheese on the side it’s extra. I say well it wasn’t supposed to be on the side i wanted it in my bowl. I say can you just make my bowl over? The server then opens my bowl up and dumped the cup of cheese on top of my bowl and angrily slides it down to the cashier. Smh then says $11.61. This isn’t the first time the service at this location has been poor. Autumn as well as her coworker do not have good customer service at all. The other night I ordered a burrito for delivery and got something else instead. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone - THEIR CHAT/CALL SYSTEM IS PSYCHOTIC - so I reorder the same burrito, horrible btw, for delivery and put in a note asking my delivery driver to have the “restaurant” call me. Instead, the child behind the counter argued with my driver, exclaiming that she’s too busy at 7:50 pm on a Monday (7/1) to address their error and hands the driver an 800#. To assume I’m overreacting would simply make an ass of you because THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this has happened. You know what the 800# did for me the first time?? They gave me a free burrito credit on the app WITH A TIME LIMIT ATTACHED, so you know corporate doesn’t give a funt. Oh, I forgot to mention that I needed the order number to get anywhere online. I defy any of you to tell me what my order number is!
