I cannot begin to say enough good things about this store or the employees. From coming in, and designing an engagement ring around my own diamond, to customizing my fiance's and my wedding bands. Start to finish every time I stepped inside I was greeted warmly by the most professional and knowledgeable jewlers I have ever encountered. The thing I appreciated the most was their clear motivations. Not those of the big jeweler retail stores, just trying to turn as much as a profit as possible. They made me an engagement ring that I had not thought possible on my meger budget(still for a third of the big jewelers price). It is clear that they care about every customer like family. I’ve visited this store twice. The first time to request an appraisal for my diamond wedding ring set that was originally purchased years ago, out of state. All of the employees hmmm’ed and hawwww’ed at it for about 30 minutes before begrudgingly offering an astronomical price for an appraisal since it wasn’t purchased there. I declined. Foolishly, I made a second trip there recently to request a ring be resized. Again, the employees hmmm’ed and hawwww’ed at it. Saying they can tell it ‘wasn’t expensive’ but that I’m obviously used to wearing ‘flimsy rings.’ Again, they couldn’t help me and really, I’m glad.
