FurnitureLand — Attraction in Delmar

I had the opportunity to go to Fruitland furniture there I met Brent Hayman, I had purchased furniture seven years prior at this establishment and was very pleased with the outcome and still had that furniture in very good condition that I use today. But on this day, I was looking to get a new room of furniture as the room I’m putting in it is under construction. After meeting Brent, he showed me through the showroom as we talked, and I shared with him what I was looking for at that point we headed to the section and he showed me the different pieces of furniture for the bedroom and talk to me and ask questions so he would be able to give me what I really needed. He took his time and asking the questions he waited to hear my answer asked questions on top of that and as we dug deeper, I came to appreciate his guidance, his understanding and a salesmanship he wasn’t pushing the process, but allowed it to develop And we came to such a beautiful conclusion. I saw the value and not taking one set previously because of the price, but chose a bedroom set that was well built and would last a long time. I was very happy on leaving and signing a contract to receive the furniture once the room is ready and happy that I had met Brent and the other members of the staff that helped us to come to a conclusion. As I said before, I purchased living room furniture, seven years ago and a bedroom set and on Wednesday I purchased another bedroom set and I’m very happy I did. Thanks to Brent and the staff. Our sales consultant, Lisa Estevez was amazing!!! We couldn't have asked for a better selection experience, than the one she provided. We had very specific needs and she delivered! She is A+ and is an asset to your company. I also want to mention that Maddie, was very helpful at the beginning of our shopping experience as well. They both get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Due to the quality, selection, and service we are repeat customers and today marks our 3rd purchase with Furniturland. With that said, I do feel it is important to address an issue that we experienced. The sales manager, Heather rudely interrupted us as we were writing up our selections for final quote; no acknowledgment of us standing there at all, as if we were invisible, and directing Lisa to leave our sale and help another couple with their selections. I must add that Lisa saw our sale to the end and at no time after this encounter did she make us feel rushed. I understand that foot traffic was beginning to pick up, and bottom line may be the dollar to Heather, however her approach was very unnecessary and disrespectful to not only us as the customer, but to Lisa as well. I was speechless, as it wasn't fitting of your fine establishment or consistent of the behavior of any other staff member...

Fidelia and her trainee were a topnotch team! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was expecting to have to custom order it which they were completely willing to do and priced out for me. In the meantime, they realized they had options in the warehouse that were similar to my requests, and I walked away with an incredible deal and options to expand my collection in the future. You won’t meet a more personable saleswoman out there! I sent family members in the next day, and she wasn’t available. Their experience with a different sales person was horrible. She reached out personally so sorry she missed them and offering to set up an appointment to meet their needs as well! I’m a furniture-a-holic having spent a significant amount of time furniture shopping, and Fidelia by far provided the best experience yet! Ask for her and wait for her if she’s not available you won’t regret it! I can’t recall her trainees name, but she was learning from the best and clearly off to great success in her...
