C.H. Collins Athletic Complex — Attraction in Denton

This facility is currently setup to provide drive through vaccination for covid-19. The whole process was smooth. The traffic is directed into lines where you are checked in. Given a consent form to fill out. And proceed to receiving your shot. They inform you of what to expect, provide a vaccination record and information for your next shot. This process took 12 - 15 mins. for us. Then you are asked to park you car and wait inside for 15 - 30 mins. for observation. After that you're free to go. It was free of charge and by Appointments only. As we did not have to get out of the car at all, it was very convenient for senior parents. If you want anything to drink when you come here for events, you're better to sneak in what you want. They don't stock hardly enough to last until halftime to drink, but they'll just shut it down when someone is two feet away and they will laugh from behind the shutter. The food cost is higher than most facilities in NTX, so you're better to sneak that in too.

Don't ask about the restroom conditions.. I'd rather go in a Porta John in July cause...

The football, soccer, and etc. complex of The Denton Independent School District. I played football for Ryan High a couple years after it was built. Seats around 12,000. If coming for a big game, there will be traffic, so plan accordingly. Home parking is on the west side, Visitor parking is on the east side. Concessions are usually open and available on both sides.
