McDonalds — Restaurant in Denton

0 stars if I could. This location is the WORST place of any fast food places I've ever been to. Worst customer service, they are always very rude and act like it's your fault they work there. Almost every time I've gone (which is not a lot anymore and will never be again) they would get my food wrong after making me wait for over 10min for curbside when it would be just sitting on the shelf in side. This morning was the worst, placed a mobile order for curbside because I just wanted pancakes and sausage. Waited for a few minutes in the car until I decided to go in and wait because of previous experiences. Over 10 minutes go by and no one has even talked to me waiting at the front, and2 guys had gotten their food when they came in and placed after I was already inside. Angrily but calmly I said to manager "Hi I've been waiting over 10 minutes for my order for pancakes" She rudely asks what's my order number and when I give it to her, she grabs my order and brings it over but is telling me I "did it wrong" because I didn't (she had a bit of an accent so I couldn't fully understand if she said) confirm since it was curbside and I tried explaining that I was waiting in my car but came in after to just get it and she continues to tell me she can't give me my food because I did it wrong and very rudely says "sorry you don't know how to use the app correctly" so I was pissed and said to give me a refund and she told me that I had to do that and I was so pissed off at her and needing to go to my class I just stormed off and when I opened the app in my car it wouldn't let me open my order to get a refund so I just lost $5 (not a lot, but the principle) and didn't get breakfast and got to start my day off very wrong. Hate this location and never going back and encourage no one else should too if they don't want incorrect, not even good food or horrible...

Came in on a whim because I was in the area, as soon as i walked in there was trash and food on a couple tables not cleaned up (I came in at 2pm and it was breakfast food trash, no telling how long it was there)

Ordered my food at the kiosk because the main counter was unoccupied, ordered my big mac meal with only cheese and onions. No receipt printed so I just had to hope it went through.

Waited for about 10 minutes, not crazy but usually McDonald's is quicker than that.

Sat down with my food, opened my burger and it had all the stuff on it that it usually comes with.

I went up to the counter and explained my sandwich was incorrect, the manager offered to get me a new one.

I sat down and ate my fries, I got through all of them before the manager glanced at me from the back and shouted "Hey did I get you that burger?" I shook my head no and he gave me one that was seemingly already made.

I grabed it and sat back down, opened it, and it was plain and dry (no onions like my original order)

The food was fine if it was what I ordered, but the store wasnt very clean, granted while I was here they started cleaning, but there were atleast 2 times a trash can was directly in my way.

Choose another place to eat. This store location' service is extremely lacking. The staff seem to be lacking in leadership or direction. Most of the staff just stood wandering around the kitchen, while others seem to be carelessly throwing orders together. As the drive-thru line backed up, customers kept piling up in the small area to collect their orders. Almost every order was incorrect for the customers in the store, including mine. This caused even more delays and a further backlog of people waiting for their food as staff was slowly working to fix the incorrect orders instead of preparing incoming orders. This location needs more staff, new management, and also a redesign of the store. Many of the issues slowing operations down were simple issues such as missing drinks or napkins and utensils. This could be solved by having these items in the customer area of the store instead only behind the counter. Several items from my order were incorrect and missing.

This seems to be a common occurrence at this location, as this is the third time this has happened to me here. I likely won't return to this...
