We drove the 45 minutes to get here after looking online and doing our research just to be told they had a private event and would be closing at 8:45 which gave us less than 45 minutes they charged us $103. Our kids were hurt so we said let’s do it. She was like if y’all go now you’ll have enough time to do all the slides. We walked in and couldn’t find where to put shoes or our coats and had to go ask the snack bar employee. Why is this info not given at check in?!? After taking our shoes off, my older girls ran to the swing and was quickly pushed out of line by a kid who then began to curse them out and make inappropriate comments about their body and the employee didn’t blink twice. My girls came to find us. We had to then go find another employee and let them know what had happened. We finally got on our first slide and in the last to go, I see two members of staff talking to my kids so I rush down and they’re like we have to use their socks, even though the socks we brought were grippy socks. Why wasn’t this told to us in the beginning when we declined needing socks. Like “you don’t need socks ok awesome just so you know they have to be our socks” instead we had to halt what we were doing and go to the front and get socks for the 6 of us. Which some of the adult sizes they had to go get from some other counter because they were out. Another 5 minutes gone. 20 minutes into our time we head to the 2nd slide- we got to the fourth slide and the girl at the top says “this is your last time”. We got down and looked at the clock it’s only 8:30? Another 15 minutes now were being shaved off the 45 minutes we were given. We paid $103 to slide for 10 minutes (which was 4 slides) . I was told I should have checked their website and was being accosted by one of the managers Taraign, which made it very clear this was his first position of power. He elevated an already stressful situation when the guy I was talking to before he interrupted said he was the GM and was hearing me out. That man needs a course or two on guest service and de-escalation because after he entered the convo there was no doubt in my mind I was never coming back. We were given passes for a later date but we gave them to a family when we were walking out. We won’t be back. This was such an awful and stressful experience. From the moment we walked in the door. To the inexperience and lack of knowledge given to us about needing their socks and where to put our personal belongings. The careless attitude of those in charge of the slides/ swing, and the staffs inability to have any sense of pride or knowledge in and of their job. I don’t see them being around for the long haul unless something changes quickly- great concept, awful execution. Added a picture since Taraign said that I was incorrect and wanted to prove me wrong and dramatically point to his calendar and then go to the website and say I didn’t actually look up the times online because “tHe WeB aLl SaYs 8:45”. No sir it doesn’t.

Saturday December 7th from 7:15pm onwards, there were hardly any crowd for each of the slides. Inspite of that small crowd, the operators doesn’t have patience to wait until previous slider gets off the space and sent the next slider immediately. The kids you are seeing in the picture are healthy and jumping on the pad after the slide and the next slider, that’s my kid (much younger than them) is sliding down and hitting to the jumpers foot. What if such a healthy boy during jumping, falls on her and gets injured. We don’t sign waivers for such operations ignorance. When I asked these kids to get off and they surprisingly looking ant me and ignored my request and pointed to the operator. That’s infact true. I had a conversation operator and his lead. Everything is captured in a video I have a complete video footage of this and also in the same video I have an audio conversation with the operator and his team lead. He was in black and blue tshirt written lead on the back of his tshirt (an Indian boy) is coming like a boss and asking me to speak to me like an adult otherwise he will take drastic steps of cutting the wrist band of my kid and send back. I have the audio part of this conversation in the video footage as well. That lead comes and tell me, the operators are teenagers, they are only trained them a part and they are doing what we have asked them to if I asked can’t they ask them to get off the previous slider, he says sliders can’t hear the operator. I mean it’s their responsibility to put another operator in the end to clear the pad isn’t it. Then operator can call lead in a walkie talkie, why don’t they use the same method to talk to another operator to clear the pad on the same way. Make it safety 1st, you are allowing every shape and size people back to back.

I just had a horrible experience with my 3 almost 4 year old daughter. The facility places restrictions on slides based on age and not height. My 3 almost 4 year old, who happens to be in the 99 percentile was too big for the 3 and under area but not old enough for the bigger slides. A friend that was there had her 4 year old daughter, who is shorter than my daughter. Her daughter was able to get on the bigger slides while my daughter did not have any options for play because of her height and age. The manager Garrett was not flexible at all as I even explained that his signs were based on height and not age. My husband had to console my daughter as she cried because there was literally nothing for her to do. It felt really discriminatory for my daughter because she is tall for her age. Something beyond our control. We will not be back.

From the elevated price to the must have socks at another ridiculous price..I had "new" only worn one time socks from that exact place before they closed last time..but nooo it was I had to purchase "their" socks for my two kids and straight up 26.00 and change per kid . 67.07 just to get in.. for 90 minutes they said. Nothing allowed in .. nothing. 10 minutes in they are thirsty "littler" one was a lil apprehensive about getting on huge slides with adults colliding with them coming down.... they want water..4.99 plus tax for a no name brand water. Little one at that..so got two and one small Gatorade at 5.99..small people.. :) so add that to the 67.07 for two kids and now a water.. looked at prices of sub standard food coming out of the oven while waiting in line for water.. couldn't believe the prices the people where paying...so so inflated.. know they need to pay help and make a profit but for mostly slides..no more trampoline jumps.. it was a few pennies under 80.00 not to mention a "Tip " jar in front of counter and on receipt like in a full waiter service a 18..20..25 percent place on receipt.. are u kidding me.. omg it was crowed crazy.. no limiting people coming in to make sure a few less people in line and a few seats for those parents whoever not sliding..no let's just keep a probably fire hazard amount of people coming in .. I'm not a "Karen" I expect to pay higher prices due to the economy.. but this place is off the charts..smaller child didn't do well with all the adults on rides and wouldn't go on anything after paying ..older one was ok with it . Oh no after literally less than ten minutes I ask to just even be prorated for time due to u could see my son wasn't going to go on anything.. to refund what 5.00? Something ..u could see his fear and wasn't going to push the issue.. he already seen a few kids being knocked down after sliding by new people coming down .both young and adult and he wasn't having it .. nope nothing refunded for just him .so after 30 minutes perhaps we left.. won't be back. Forced sale of socks.. water..water over 5.00 a bottle..for a 16 oz. Candy bars regular size are 3.99 plus tax..some 4.99 plus tax . U make an already taxed parent have to make hard decisions... Do I buy water or one lil candy bar? so the kid gets a lil happy place for the money .. left disappointed and won't be back. Fire Marshall would probably shut down..too many people being let in in a short time.. sad it couldn't have been a lil more positive for such a high...
