I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this store was so shockingly bad that I feel compelled to warn others.

The employees here are beyond rude and absolutely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, no one bothered to greet or even acknowledge me. When I asked for help finding an item, the staff acted annoyed, rolling their eyes and giving me sarcastic answers. One employee even raised his voice when I politely asked a question about a product — completely unacceptable.

On top of that, they stood around chatting among themselves in their own language while ignoring customers who were waiting for assistance. The cashier was equally disrespectful, didn’t even bother saying a word, just snatched the money and threw the receipt on the counter. No smile, no thank you, nothing.

The whole atmosphere is unpleasant and unwelcoming, as though customers are an inconvenience to them. I have never been treated with such disregard and hostility in a store.

If you care about being treated with basic respect, I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. This place does not deserve your money or your time. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff — they clearly need serious training in customer service and basic manners.

I Highly recommend Basmati Grocery! You can get everything in one place ( grocery, restaurant and catering services . We recently have a big order of food delivered for catering. They delivered fresh warm food in the right time to start the party. Chowmin ( noodles) , Momo (dumplings), Sagpaneer (palakpaneer) are some of the best food we’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The Selroti (very special traditional nepali dish) was especially memorable.
