Cook Park — Attraction in Denver

I used to go here for field day in elementary school. The park was huge and very alive from what I remember. The new playground looks nice and the park still looks the same after 4 years, it's dog friendly and a lot of events are hosted there. There's not really much else to explain. It's better to see it in person than in reading others' experience, I hope this review makes you go outside and explore new areas around the city as many people like to stay indoors and not take a break.

Like many of the parks in Denver, Cook is going through minor renovations. The walking paths are receiving new concrete and will be fenced off in certain sections. Unfortunately, the kids' play area has been completely ripped out for the time being. If Bible is a good indicator, something really nice is on the horizon for the area. So far, nothing is happening to the pool or clubhouse, so business as usual. Something of note; a new port-a-potty has arranged on scene, which is wheelchair accessible. It's a lovely park the grass is beautiful. There were kids playing soccer and it's big enough so that you're not overwhelmed by noise. I don't know about the bathrooms I believe they're eye bathrooms but I'm not sure. I had lunch of the back of my car backed up to a picnic area that was perfectly lovely it was squirrels...
