Went in this afternoon just to grab a few snacks and noticed a line of people at the register while the worker there (blonde , no teeth, older woman, seemed to be on something) screamed something and ran to the back of the store, we were not understanding what was going on and went to join the line. After 10 minutes of the line growing and customers walking in confused as to where any workers where, the woman finally came back out to ring out one person then continue to scream “well i can’t do anything so get mad all you want” (keeping in mind no one was incredibly upset , everyone in line was being patient and no one had said anything to her) , us ,as well as the other 5 people in line, were still confused because she did not communicate anything to the other customers in the store until she finally screamed “i’m not ringing anyone out” and we all put our things down and walked out. It seems like all the workers of this 7/11 need training in customer service.. in exactly what they’re being paid to do.Considering the last time we had stopped by this 7/11 there was a group of workers arguing outside the doors while only 2 workers were inside (1 in training and the other seeming to be putting product away). This is our most convenient 7/11 but we will have to go to the one across the street due to the terrible service we have received the past few times. Attempted to contact corporate but was left on hold for 20 mins. Waste of our...

Wish I could give fewer stars. I just got yelled at by a middle aged woman who has no business working in a public facing job. The younger woman there was yawning and wiping her face like she was half asleep and picking at her eyes as my husband and waited for our change to put air in our tire (gross). When I went back in to let them know the air/vac was broken with no sign and had eating my coins, the older lady (blond, no teeth, tongue piercing) was yelling on the way up before even knowing my issue saying “I know there’s a football game but cmon people”. (Note: there is no football on today). She continued to yell at me that she “can’t do anything for me”. I was not escalated at all and wasn’t even asking for anything. I snapped back that I wasn’t sure why she was giving me s**t since I wasn’t giving her any and that her service sucked. I used to like going to this gas station/convenience store. Not anymore. Do NOT bother with this place. It’s disgusting. There have to be better people than this they can hire. For the owners: if you bother with reviews or care about your customers this happened at apx 8:20am 1/28/23. You need to get it...
