I bought a groupon and had no issues with using it. I did however feel very uncomfortable from the first time I set foot in this business. I had never had something like this done before so when I asked what the tipping scale should look like I was tol oh you just tip whatever you feel like. No one in this place smiles or is friendly. EVER! Ok, my first few appointments were with a woman that seemed snobby. She didn't initiate any type of conversation other than the required questions before the procedure. You spend literal minutes in the room and I felt so uncomfortable. I did ask to switch people and the second woman who I was with talked a whole lot more than the first she explained things thoroughly and even had me sign paperwork I didn't know I needed to sign every time because the woman before me didn't tell me to sign the papers. My last appointment time was changed without my knowledge and when I got my confirmation text I called and they said someone just changed it. The atmosphere of the business itself is uncomfortable. I dreaded going to the appointment because of how uncomfortable it is. I decided to cut my losses and forfeit the remainder of my groupon...

Everyone will post how wonderfully nice the aestheicians are, and they are lovely, but they are not good. If you read the reviews, no one talks about the results they have actually gotten. I have gone for an entire year and still have about 80% growth left. When you are unhappy, they bounce you to someone else and swear they are the "good" one, but it is all the same. They will tell you the laser is "at full', but when you come back unhappy with results, there is always an apparently higher setting. So, I am sure when they are being dishonest and when they are not. People will rave about Julie, Melissa, Beth, etc., but the service is underwhelming and all the same. If you do a Groupon, they try to push you into paying for a second year to recoup their costs. The owner told me it would take one year to address hair in one area, and then the aestheicians will tell you it takes 2 when you are about 50% into your treatments. If you want a nice social chit chat with ladies while they mediocrely zap you in private places, then this is the place to be. If you are looking for results, look elsewhere because you won't...

I just had my first treatment in the beginning of November. I purchased a groupon and was very nervous but wanted to get laser hair removal. I had called and asked if I needed to make a consultation. They said it was not needed but if it would make me feel more comfortable i could do a walk in consultation. That i did, and they were super friendly. They answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I even ended up buying more laser treatments for different areas (which they gave me at groupon price) I even expressed concerned about hypo pigmentation area's on my body, they recommended a serum and a wash that lighten's those problem area's I scheduled my first session just a couple of weeks later. I was super nervous for my first session but it was so fast and painless. I did three area's in 5 minutes. I also bought my mom a laser area treatment for Christmas.
