NEW COMMENT:
Facts do matter. We did receive an email from Kate's mom, with an actual apology and recognition to what I did experience. She did not ask us for a response. Which I truly appreciated. Until I read this response.
Her response explained some of the staffing issues you outline below but what it did not do, was call your customer a liar and an inexperienced consumer.
I am more than happy to review the correspondence at anytime. My first reach out was not on the 18th of December, it was the 11th of December with my follow up on the 18th and we decided to go in on the 20th. Again calling your customers experience a lie or not factual is a good reason NEVER to shop here again we will go into Cherry Creek where there are Jewelers who have been there for over 60 years and like I said below we got this done in under a month. Good Luck, having grown up in Denver I know where I will tell my friends and neighbors to buy from.
We were getting married and wanted to ensure we stayed local for our rings. We went in Mid December discussed what we wanted, what we wanted to spend which was about $10K on my trinity ring and my fiancé found an 18K 5mm domed band that we were going to pay about $5.5K on -
We described in detail what we needed - then after a 3 week follow up by me - they said they needed more detail and could I come in again. Which we did. We never received a bid, a drawing and after several follow ups we had to go else where in Cherry Creek and boy are we glad we did - the ring that I wanted which was a trinity ring with one band having channel set diamonds and sapphires in one of the bands - was done, design pictures sent and confirmed all with in 7 days - and it took about 3 weeks to have it made.
Additionally the 18K 5mm half domed band for my fiancé was only $1700 dollars not $5K - so my advice - is do not use this jeweler for any type of custom work as they can't follow through with the basics of custom work which is a bid, drawings etc..
Such a disappointment and from now looking at other trinity rings and wedding bands they are over priced for...
Read moreWhen I entered this store I was so overwhelmed with how clean and beautiful the interior is. The display Cases for the product and and the overall decor has a very modern aesthetic that makes you feel as though your in an art gallery rather then a store. As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a very helpful and friendly employee, she allowed me to examine all the beautiful jewelry they were selling and was very knowledgeable on any of the questions I had about the pieces in which I held interest. After I was informed on how all of the jewelry was made and sourced it gave me an even better feeling on what I was viewing. You can really tell how much thought and integrity goes into the making of these products, I never felt pressured to buy anything there but I really could sense the pride she had in the products they were selling. Overall this is the best experience I’ve had in jewelry store and whether you go to buy something or just admire the work I do believe this is a must stop...
Read moreThe photos don't cannot capture the beauty and elegance of this ring. A delicate but bold in nature, perfect addition to my jewelry pieces! I did extensive research on rings that were eco-friendly, and one of a kind hand made rings. KATE MALLER was the one! They designed this beautiful Herkimer quartz Medium stone ring just in time for my 33rd birthday. It's the perfect ring to remember my 33rd birthday by and Melissa did everything she could to ensure it not only arrived on time but to the correct address. I accidently placed a different delivery address then my home address and she promptly resolved the issue and had it delivered on the same day. She is kind, patient and willing to hear a customer's questions and does everything she can to ensure a wonderful experience. I will be purchasing and recommending Kate Maller to friends and family. Thank you for making my 33rd birthday memorable. I...
