HealthMate Hot Tubs LLC — Attraction in Denville

My wife and I decided to replace our hot tub that unfortunately was lost in a house fire a number of years ago. We went shopping at a few different places. None of them made us feel comfortable. We both felt there was something lacking. We decided to go to HealthMate Hot Tubs. Once we stepped inside we got a totally different vibe from the other places we visited. We had the pleasure of being greeted by Jeaustin. My wife and I both knew we found a place we wanted to do business with especially because of him. He was so genuinely friendly and professional. He took all the time we needed to answer our questions, show us the various models as well as the options. Then he took us all around to show us what was available in stock. He also told us what was coming in and also informed us that we could order as well. He gave us the various prices and at no time did we feel pressured. My wife and I always make a habit of going home and talking about it and this day was no different. Needless to say we spoke about it and decided to go ahead with the purchase. We picked one that they had ordered. As we were not in a rush whenever it came it that was fine. Jeaustin actually made it so easy that a return trip to the showroom was not necessary, everything was done over the phone and through email. We explained to him that we were going to have a patio built. He told us whenever we are ready for it it will be delivered at our convenience. We were never rushed for delivery, patio took a little longer again everything was so professional. Patio was finished and I made the call. Was given a date two days after I let them know for delivery. Unfortunately it snowed so we pushed it off a few days. Delivery day came and as professional as Jeaustin was, delivery was the exact same way. Our electrician then hooked it up. Through out the process Jeaustin has been in contact with me through text messaging as well as calling. Every single step from adding the chemicals to programming the hot tub he has been there for us. As a matter of fact when he was tied up with other customers he asked a colleague to reach out to us to help us along the way and make sure everything was fine. Unfortunately you hear about a lot of businesses as well as the sales people who do not go the extra mile like this or you hear horror stories of how they are treated. As a 2 time buyer from the world's best hot tub dealer, Healthmate Hot Tubs, I feel that I must take the opportunity to follow up on my last purchase of a Caldera Cantabria in 2022. In this last purchase, I was happy to deal with Jeaustin Sanabria. During the sales process, I found Jeaustin's vast knowledge of the Cantabria model(and other models)was very evident. The amount of time he took to speak in detail about the saltwater system and other key features impressed me. With each question I asked, he quickly and confidently answered. His professional approach, friendly demeanor and no pressure sales style was such a winning combination. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a hot tub to go see Jeaustin. It is refreshing to deal with someone of Jeaustin's caliber when making choices between the different models. In this day and age of subpar service that all of us have experienced, it is so refreshing to have a local business that you can trust 100%. With Healthmates Hot Tubs, as great as the sales process is, their true excellence is shown by the aftersales and the support that you receive the entire time you own your hot tub. Recently we were searching for an outdoor hot tub and stumbled across HealthMate Hot Tubs through an online search. We were welcomed in and help by Christian. He was beyond knowledgeable, patient and thorough explaining the many options available. We had many questions to which he took the time to kindly answer each one. Our children were also welcomed into the store and allowed to “try” out the different options too. It was a total family experience.

We did comparison shop at another local retailer where the experience couldn’t have been further from the opposite of Healthmate. There we were completely ignored the entire time we were there.
