Erma Henderson Park

I live next to the Erma Henderson Marina, and Park. The city finally started working on the park. But, they have blocked the citizens from enjoying it with fences. They have not put the rail back up in front of the river. And, they have left heavy equipment there, that has been sitting there for at least 2 months.. The marina they have left destroyed by neglect. I'm very disappointed in the city for moving the boaters that have been at the marina be moved to river side maina. I think the city is about to sell, or give away more precious riverfront land. Just like the water department took over the parking lot off the park next the Mayor's Mansion
