Fahed, who was assisting me, would go to the back of the store and back to the computer few times and after about 20 minutes asked me to come back on Monday to place my order. I came back on Monday but he was not in. I spoke with his nephew who very pleasant and I gave him copies that had pictures and description of the parts I needed and he put them on Fahed's desk. I also included my name and phone number. Since I did not hear from Fahed by Friday morning, I called him. He said that he would place the order and call me back but that did not happen. I called him again in the evening and again he told me that he would place the order and call me back that same evening. Never heard from him. Read moreI ordered a part online on a Saturday, called to confirm shipping times, and they assured me it would ship the coming Monday. It didn’t ship to Wednesday morning, sort of a big deal when it’s summer and you live in Arizona and your air conditioner is broken!! This was the only computer board HVAC guy and I could find anywhere in the country. Being that it’s 105 degrees I needed a computer board yesterday. I’m a little perturbed that I called to makes sure they could ship it ASAP, because my Dad lives in Michigan and could have driven to pick it up and ship it to me himself so I had other options.
