I tried to make an order but was confused as the menu has been changed recently, but the older one is still on the site. Instead of walk me through the order, the waitress showed complete annoyance. That's not how you do business.

I wanted to try the food for the first time at this restaurant, but probably not gonna try it ever.

Edit (in response to the owner’s reply): Initially, I mentioned being confused about the menu. I found your restaurant through Google Maps, where a picture of your menu posted four months ago shows items like Beef Rezala and Chicken Biriyani served on Thursday. However, when I called to place an order, the person on the line informed me that the menu has since changed, and now Morog Polao and Kalabhuna are served on Thursdays. That cleared up the confusion.

Then, as I was considering what to order, your manager or waitress abruptly said, “Arey ki order diben bolen to!” in a rather disrespectful and dismissive tone. I refrained from using the word “shouted” in my original review, although it could easily be described that way. I chose to tone it down.

Now regarding the mention of “rumors”—I have neither the time nor interest in spreading any. If I had any such intentions, I could’ve left low ratings for the food or atmosphere as well, which I DIDN’T.

My review focused solely on the service, which I rated poorly because of the unpleasant way I was spoken to. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but this experience compelled me to speak up due to the sheer level of disrespect in that interaction.

Instead of addressing the core issue-an employee’s inappropriate behavior- you’re attempting to divert attention by referring to it as a “rumor.” That not only undermines your credibility, but also dismisses a genuine concern from a potential customer.

I called at your restaurant with the intention of purchasing food with my hard-earned money. It is not unreasonable to expect basic courtesy in return. I ignored your follow-up call deliberately, as I see no value in engaging further when the staff lacks the fundamental decency required to interact respectfully with customers. OMG I have totally been missing out for years not trying this food sooner. I was picking up an order for doordash when just from the smell I finally decided to try something. I told the beautiful young lady I've never tried this kinda food before and asked what she would recommend. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of it but its goat with rice and I've never tried goat before so I was like ok that's what I want. Then I realized I didn't have my cards or money on me because remember I was there picking up an order for doordash so I told her I'll be back because for some reason doordash directions had me park like a block away even thoughthey have plenty of parking there. But anyways when I actually came back she was surprised because I'm sure lots of ppl say they will be back but never do. (there loss) So anyways as I was waiting for the food she asked me if I like beef and of course I said yes. And to my surprise she hooked me up with some kind of curry beef. I took a bite right there and I'm sure they could tell from the look on my face eyes opened wide that it was absolutely amazing. I couldn't stay and eat it even though I wanted too because I had to deliver that order I was originally there for but all I can say is omg I can't believe I waited so long to try this food. When I finally got home I was able to try the goat with the rice SORRY I DONT REMEMBER THE NAME OF IT but once again WOW this place is amazing the food is so flavorful and the portion is so big well worth the money 💰. The food I tried was okay, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. I had a shawarma that my friend recommended, and I also decided to try the grilled chicken.
