Detroit Circle Center — Attraction in Hamtramck

Beautiful Venue, Grimey Management!!! My family was going to host our 40th Birthday here. They initially signed a contract with us for one amount and then came back and changed the amount we owed. The manager and owner are obviously on different pages. Anywho they claimed we breached the contract because we didn't agree with the new proposal as it is not what we discussed and what the contract was signed for and they never worked with us to help us understand, they also stated that they tried to help us find a new venue, which never happened and not even 24 hours before they said we breached the contract, they already booked someone else on our date. So it appears to me they wanted to let the other individuals host their event and not us. And to add insult to injury, they didn't give us our money back. It's ok though, God don't like ugly...and even with all of that, it's quite alright. They didn't stop anything and we had a great time at the new venue and enjoyed our birthday. The Circle Event Center is a beautiful venue. The manager Vanessa is an awesome person. She was very pleasant and professional from the first day that we met with her. Vanessa will make sure that you are very satisfied while you will have the best customer service experience ever. In addition, she connected us with Mrs. Nisha who made our decor vision a reality. Nisha did a fabulous job. Both ladies were in constant communication with us and that made things go so smooth. I was very grateful to have such a great experience with two wonderful women. Went to The Haunted Tavern Cocktail Experience here. Security guard is at the front door for safety. The cocktails are very good but shot glass size. You are told 4 spooky stories. You begin with a cocktail being served to you just before a story begins while you're at your seat. It was a nice evening out but I thought it was going to be spooky, which it was not. You can purchase additional drinks after the show but are hurried out the door because another show begins in 30 minutes.
