The Office Ultra Lounge and Grill — Attraction in Detroit

Absolutely the worst neighborhood bar I’ve ever patronized. From the point of entrance very unprofessional. Was not greeted but was told to “$5.00” by a lady who was a customer and not an employee and the she runs off. Then a guy who was also a customer tried to correct that situation after he saw our reaction of disbelief on our face which I can TRULY BELIEVE APPRECIATE HIM FOR THAT even though he is not employed there. However to my surprise there was a man standing there to collect money and he was the owner and with no apology we proceeded to go in. We were meeting some family from out of town who wanted to hear some live music and get some good food to celebrate her birthday so this is why we ended up there it was recommended. However they have been there an Hour before us And had already placed their orders for drinks and appetizers. They receive their drinks but it is now 1046 and they have no food. Our waitress was no and this was our first night which was very understandable we were very patient and accommodating with her. However I do believe they should’ve had somebody with her because she knew nothing about alcohol she knew nothing about the menu she knew nothing about pricing. But nevertheless understandable. But after waiting for so long the manager was called over to our table and when we told him how long that they have been waiting and have not received half of the appetizers nor therefore entrées his answer was, ” that’s on the cook and you’re waitress I’m the owner I”😳 and I was even more insulted when he said, “it hasn’t been two hours, it hasn’t been two hours I mean her ticket wasn’t printing up so that was the issue, they order be up in a minute” First of all sir I have no reason to lie, and one thing I’m not gonna do is go back-and-forth with a person who say they all of the establishment when I try to make any corrections. As far as I know you are responsible for everything that goes on in your club. The food was horrible once a deer come out they didn’t even eat it he didn’t try to compensate them in any type of way and he Kay with no apology none whatsoever speaks volumes for me. Please know that we paid for everything Despite our disappointment. I have no problem with patronizing in supporting black on businesses but they have to do better in the services that they give us. I don’t believe that just because we are people of color we should subject yourself to anything and continue to patronize poor service and poor quality of food. We have to do better. Watch the hispanic bar maid & the chic with the blonde bob, they will try to scam you out your cash. The hispanic chic cash me out, she’s at the register pressing buttons, never opened it to give me my change. After 5 min , she go to another customer, avoid eye contact, so after another 5 min, Im like give me my change. She like, oh, come back w/ half, I’m like give me the rest of my money. So she go in the tip cup and gove me my money. The chic with the Bob, grab my home girl money &receipt, walk away (do the same as the other chic).They was gonna get the tip, but since they be on some 1990s, tring to play someone, ya gets nothing. They probably take advantage of the drunks. The food is nasty, steak bits were tuff, turkey bites nasty. The vibe is boring, just don’t waste your time or watch out for the two desperate waitress. Worst experience ever!!!!!! Came in with my fam we got a section on the side of the bar near the door, the bartender never acknowledged us at all we tried getting her attention multiple times its was like we were invisible! My sister even tried going to the other end to get assistance, we were going to purchase a bottle but that was like pulling teeth! We got there at 11:15 when she finally acknowledged us it was well after midnight and too late to get food because now the kitchen was closed. Now I understand being busy and I’m a very patient person but it’s diabolical to not even speak or acknowledge someone trying to spend money in your establishment!
