My second time coming here and I love it! My experience on my first visit was with Nicole and second visit was Mi Jung. They were both knowledgeable with Korean hair (which is very difficult to deal with) and they were both personable! Nicole speaks some English if you are looking for someone that speaks English. Need to make an appointment prior unless it is simple hair cut unfortunately. Make sure to bring a picture of a hairstyle, hairdo and color of your likings and they’ll do it for you.. but they might convince you NOT to sometimes the way you want it because their priorities are making sure you will have healthy hair/scalp.. and then beautifying afterwards. My mother received great service from a highly skilled and courteous stylist. We left a generous tip for her. But the manager/owner was a disgrace. She gave my mother a dirty look because she was physically handicapped and in a wheelchair. She could not wait for us to leave the salon. She did not want us back. I got a perm (I am a dude) here at first on February and went again today as I faded away as all perms do and I loved it, if you give Nicole a picture of how you want your hair permed she will tell you how to take care of it and cut it the way you want it to look like 5/5.
