As a special Father’s Day gift, my son arranged a foot massage session for me—and I must say, it was one of the most relaxing and appreciated surprises I’ve received in a while. In the midst of a busy weekday, it offered the perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and enjoy some much-needed self-care. From the moment I stepped into the massage center, I was enveloped by a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The space was softly lit with dim, ambient lighting, creating a soothing environment that immediately signaled it was time to unwind. Gentle, continuous relaxation music played in the background, helping to melt away the mental clutter that often comes with a hectic schedule. For about an hour, I was able to completely relax, letting the stress of the week dissolve as the therapist worked with skill and attentiveness. The foot massage was not only physically rejuvenating but also mentally refreshing—it truly felt like a mini escape in the middle of a busy day. This thoughtful gesture from my son reminded me that simple experiences, when thoughtfully planned, can offer deep comfort and restoration. It was more than just a massage—it was a gift of time, presence, and care. I left feeling restored, grateful, and incredibly touched. A perfect Father’s Day treat

Truly, as the name suggests, this is a TREAT for your FEET! When you are led back to your room it is simply adorable and so soothing, with the low lighting and sliding doors, it was so unlike any massage place I’ve been to and it was wonderful. The massage itself was nice, we got the foot massage (duh) so mostly just our feet were rubbed but they actually massaged our heads and neck area a little too after which was refreshing. The only thing I didn’t like as much was that our group shared a room with another group, so the sense of privacy and relaxation wasn’t quite as good as it maybe could’ve been, but I know we made a group appointment (so our party could stay together) and it isn’t the biggest deal. But yeah if you like a good massage this is definitely a legitimate option if you’re in the area! No massage is cheap but I thought the prices weren’t terrible.

I made two appointments at the Doraville location of Treat Your Feet on 05/21/2018 @ 3:10 pm. My friend was scheduled for a one hour foot massage and I scheduled myself for a one hour deep tissue massage. Upon arriving promptly at 3:10 pm, we patiently waited in line to check in as a few guest were checking out. We were seen at the counter at 3:11 pm where my friend was taken back for the foot massage immediately and I was informed it would be a brief wait for my body massage. Upon waiting even longer, I asked the ladies at the front and I was informed that they were waiting on the linens to be changed. Finally at 3:28 pm, nearly twenty minutes later after my original appointment time, I was taken back. I was not able to enjoy myself during the duration of my massage as I was concerned about the end time as my friend would be left waiting for me after her service finished, so much so that I had to stop my masseuse and ask him to kindly finish his service at 4:10 pm, instead of the full 60 minutes at 4:30 pm. I kept asking him to check the time as I did not want to go over 4:10 pm and in the end, he went past by two minutes and finished the massage at 4:12 pm. Upon checking out with Kira, she informed me the price of my services was $55. When I inquired why it was so much, as I only received 40 minutes of service, she repeatedly said ā€œa half hour is $35,ā€ which clearly did not answer the question at hand. My friend and I informed her our appointment was for 3:10 pm and I was not seen until ā€œ3:30 pm.ā€ Kira, began to argue with us and raise her voice that we did not even arrive at 3:10 pm, that I did not wait that long and that my friend did not know anything as she was already getting her service (uncalled for and very rude). Kira continued to raise her voice and act in a very brash manner in the lobby entirely filled with guest. Kira continuously insisted she was correct although it was an absolute fact that we were punctual for our appointments and I was not seen until nearly 20 minutes after my friend. Eventually Kira could not fathom any vocabulary besides ā€œyour service is $55,ā€ and repeatedly antagonized my friend and I with those words when I kept trying to ask her what exactly I was being charged $55 for. Kira made it seem like I was trying to not pay for my services when she was clearly overcharging for something I did not receive as a FULL HOUR massage is $60, charging me only $5 less for ā€œ40 minutes.ā€ I explained to the woman that I will pay for what services I did have and I refuse to pay $55 as a half hour is $35 and after it is $1/minute. They said I did not finish until later which was also a lie as I kept asking my masseuse the time then had to ask him to stop at 4:12 pm which compromised the quality of service I received. She was not willing to compromise or even understand we were not trying to lie or get out of a bill so I offered to pay $47 to account for the 10 minutes after the half hour plus the 2 minutes where my massive went over. I am absolutely appalled by the ā€œserviceā€ I received by the front desk today. Not only was no apology issued for being seen so late, there was no cause for consideration, plus the added fact of being disrespected in the lobby by employees. I have been to both locations of Treat Your Feet before and have had great experiences in the past. I usually prefer the Doraville location as it is closer to my home, but I will never patronize that establishment again as long as there are employees such as Kira working there. The service was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. There was no reason for my friend and I to be treated so rudely and disrespected by the staff. I hope you acknowledge this issue and fix it head on so no other guest will experience the awful time...

I often go here for my massages. Out of the locations I like Doraville the best. However my experience last night was extremely underwhelming. Massages are a regular part of my self care routine. The single massages always tend to be better than a couples at this location. So I know the difference between a good massage and one that is lack luster. This was definitely the latter. So boom couples massage booked. My partner had a great experience but my therapist who was male did not tastefully make me feel comfortable as a woman in the massage at all and was touching me in a way they felt uncomfortable and honestly a little lazy, like he was tired asked what type of massage I wanted I stated deep tissue and then he just began pressing and laying using his body weight on top of me. Not hitting any pressure points. Seeming like he was just enjoying rubbing on a woman’s body it felt inappropriate. When he laid his arms atop my back then rubbed the area right on my waist I had had enough. I informed him of my discomfort. And he then asked is I wanted a Swedish massage a a new therapist came in. Issues with the second therapist consisted of the sheet not being used tastefullyz. My lady parts were exposed we were literally pulling the sheet back and for the because she would move it down I would move it up lol. Also her pressure. Fist her pressure was weak I asked for more and she applied the heaviest pressure making the massage just unpleasant. Also You could tell she was eating or was disturbed to pick up where the last man left off because her breath smelled like straight fish and it made the remainder of the massage very uncomfortable. We informed the front desk agent who gave us 20 % off. However a discount was not what I was looking for. I get massages often I go for relaxation and releasing tension and toxins. I don’t mind paying for food service but lack luster service doesn’t always need a discount.especially whe. They were just rushing though because it was a last appt. I needed good service.I want to leave feeling satisfied did not receive that experience and for that 2 stars. Based on that I probably won’t be back. But I wanted to share my experience I. The event some one needs to see this to relate speak up when Service isn’t good. Do not just pay and accept lack luster even if it’s...

This is my first time ever writing a poor review for any company and I’m very disappointed about it. However, as a business owner, I believe in transparency.

I have never been more disappointed in customer service and professionalism. I went in for a 1-hour foot massage for my mother and I, and a 30-minute chair massage for my shoulders.

The foot massage was not relaxing at all due to a client loudly snoring the entire time of my massage. I could not fully relax at all. The communication between the staff was poor. The service I requested was not properly communicated within the staff and my therapist had no idea what service I was in for because the staff failed to communicate properly.

The staff does not take into consideration the noise level or the quality of relaxation of all their customers. I explained to the lady at the front how unrelaxed I felt due to the chaos and noise and she completely disregarded my poor experience and abruptly asked how I’d be paying and said that they can’t control the noise.

I find it very unprofessional for a massage parlor that is suppose to aim for relaxation and a stress free experience, to say they can not do anything to ensure a more relaxed and high quality experience for all their guests. I was appalled at the poor customer service from the receptionist and lack of professionalism.

During my chair massage, it was in the hallway and the staff acted as if I was not a paying customer receiving service. They talked loudly and laughed with each other all while I was being serviced. I could not relax with the amount of chaos and noise that was happening right next to me while I was getting a massage. I felt there was no privacy or consideration for my service.

Once, I told the front receptionist about my poor experience. After she rudely asked how I’d be paying, she failed to accommodate my poor experience and showed no concern for my experience.

I’m so disappointed because I am so big on self care and massages. I have recommended several friends to this company, but I will never recommend again. I will never be coming back. I feel I completely wasted my $115 dollars today. So...
