Miles Of Flowers — Attraction in Dothan

My first experience with MOF was not a delightful reason - my sister (47) had passed away. They are such wonderful people. Every florist in town could not put together what I wanted. Many said it had not been done in 20 years. But MOF were so compassionate and went WAY out of their way to get the items made that I requested for her funeral. In fact they drove all the way to Atlanta, GA to get the items. I truly appreciate their services and they delivered and everything was just perfect. Because of that we have continued to use them weekly and high recommend others to do the same. Their work is superb as compared to others in the area and their fresh cut flowers last a lot longer. FYI: They made a rosary chain out with rose buds for the inner lid of my sister's coffin. The best thing about the rosary chain was that after the funeral you are given the chain and a certificate to mail it for insertion of silk rose buds so you can hang it on your wall or place it on your loved one's monument. It was $20! (Priceless to me). This was what I had a hard time finding from the other local florists. They also made a heart shaped wreath with three different colors that I selected for my sister. My experience with Miles of Flowers was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. After ordering a spray for a loved ones funeral, they initially confirmed with the funeral home, only to later cancel the order via email without even bothering to call and inform us. Their excuse of being too busy with Mother's Day preparations was unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. This lack of professionalism left our family feeling abandoned and alone on a day meant for remembrance and support. What's worse, they canceled other orders as well, leaving only the sprays from another business as the sole floral representation at the funeral. They told me flowers would be delivered before 12 but it was 2hrs after that and when I called to check she said there was no way to get in touch with there delivery driver (even though it's the 20th century and everyone has a cell phone). The picture of the flowers I ordered on the site looks nothing like the flowers they delivered even though I asked him to reassure that it would. He said that the pictures were just stock pics from the internet so I was wondering why they don't use their actual product they arrange to advertise.
