Milys Party Rental — Attraction in Dover

Working with Steve of Milys Party Rental was quite easy. I came to know of Milys when I attended a friends party. I had used other party providers before, but wanted to take a chance with Steve as my party required additional equipment and services that only Milys seemed to have on their product list.

The reservation is quite straight forward. You go on their website, and pick and date and start to select the items you need and check out at the end. There is a 10% deposit that you need to pay on a CC. Once you do that, you can either call them on their published number or they call you back to confirm. Based on what you need, they will give you a setup date and time.

Our party was an outdoor party for 100+ people and we had two tents, tables, chairs, games, coolers, services etc that we had ordered.

Setup was fairly straight forward. Milys crew showed up, and setup the first of the two tents. They had an issue with a second tent, and they just hopped in their vans to head back and get a different tent. Even with rains on the setup day, the crew worked diligently and finished the setup.

For day of party, we had requested services from 3 attendants/helpers. I had told Steve that this party was an important event for me, and that the helpers/attendants roles would require responsibility and experience. He assured me that the people who he would send would be experienced. The three who arrived and helped, were the utmost professional and qualified people. They took over as soon as they got here, understanding what needed to get done, and being proactive at all tasks.

Dismantling and clean up was also done by the same setup crew and they were thorough and between the helpers/attendants on day of and the dismantling crew our backyard was back to normal like there had been no event.

I would recommend Milys in a heartbeat based on my personal experience with Steve...

As somone without ANY roots in the community, it can be hard to decipher which referrals are actually accurate and good. I was referred to them via a Facebook post 2 years go and have used them twice. Hands down they were the most reasonably priced and easiest to work with. Their rentals have always been of good quality and clean. The arrive and return when they say they are. They return calls ans inquiries timely and never seem to tire of my 101 questions. The only reason Id go to another company is because they are unavailable. They def. have a repeat and loyal customer...

Milys Party Rental is FABULOUS. Not only are their prices extremely affordable (better than the competition in the area), they are courteous and very responsive. We ordered tables, chairs & a bounce house for our son's first birthday party. They worked around our schedule to make sure that everything was dropped off and set up in plenty of time before the party began and gave us ample time to finish entertaining our guests before they picked everything up.
