I paid for the best package, added and paid an additional cost for more smashables, and paid for a photo and video package. Upon arrival, the team didn’t even know what I had purchased. The “rooms” were not set up, nor were they rooms, just a clear plastic that separated two sections of this space. We arrived on time, were the only ones in the place, and had to wait for the workers to “set up”. To my surprise all that was done was they placed a few boxes of mostly liquor bottles on the floor. Most of my time was spent taking the breakables out of the boxes and setting them up to smash. My “photo/video package” was the worker using his personal phone and recording random clips of me, some being only a second long. This is simply just a rented space where they gathered recyclables and thrift store garbage, and charged me to set it all up around me to smash on the ground - definitely not a rage room or “smash house” You are a liar and a terrible business woman. The only reason you’ve gotten any business is because you’re the only place like this in that...
Read moreWhen I tell you, I was PUMPED when I found out that there was a rage room in Dover!! Shanita was an absolute Doll working with my party and our scheduling (we were a hot mess about it day of, it was not cute). She and her team showed us So much love since we were celebrating a birthday and a deployment return! Highly recommend The Big Bang package for a bigger group by the way! Once we actually Arrived, we were treated to a quick before photo sesh, then suited up and shown to our room! There was SO much to destroy, it was Amazing. It kept our party of four Entertained for the length of our session! Smash House gives you all the instruments of destruction, and there are (virtually) No Rules! I'm so excited to come back again, and again, because this place is Awesome. Birthday girl was even treated to a free glass of wine! We love this place, you will too! Thank you Shanita!!
PS: Definitely get the photo and video package,...
Read moreNot worth the money at all. They do not setup the smashables, only the couple of large items (if your package comes with them). So you end up spending half the time setting up your own stuff. Unlike other rage rooms, these are not actual rooms. Staff was friendly and kind but had no knowledge of what we paid for. Had to be reminded multiple times of the extra boxes we both paid for and had to be reminded about the photo / video package we had as well. The photo/video was horrible and gave us nothing we could use. Short iphone clips, primarily of items being setup instead of being smashed. Overall, we spent over $300 for two people, 25 minutes, and it was not worth it. Based on the bare minimal provided, prices should be much lower. Again, the people were nice but did not make up for money and lack of...
