My husband and I stopped in at Diamond Computer the other day because we need to find a dependable business for our upcoming computer needs/possible repair. Chris and Carl were so nice in taking the time to answer questions, provide information, options, and suggestions. They truly know how to take care of customer needs, and explain things so you can understand it without talking ‘down’ to the customer. Since we found them, it feels good get that ‘heavy’ feeling off our shoulders as to who we will call when we are ready. We will go back! Diamond computers are awesome. It was great to find a place where they could fix my MacBook Pro after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer. They quickly diagnose my problem and provided me with an estimate at first I was initially sticker shocked, but quickly realized the repair was much cheaper than replacing my MacBook Pro computer. They ordered the part for the computer and two days later they called me and said that my computer is ready Chris and his staff replaced my hard drive with a new solid state Drive my MacBook Pro is running like new. The guys at Diamond were so kind and accommodating! They checked my laptop over thoroughly free of charge and even gave me recommendations of where to go if I wanted further help considering that my issue was likely with the motherboard and would've been expensive even just to investigate in depth. Their waiting room is also incredibly spacious and nice. They even checked back in with me the next day and gave me another suggestion as well as making sure that the email they sent me (containing pertinent information) got to me. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs...
