Was a faithful customer here for a while up until today. I bit into a crunchy breakfast sandwich filled with eggshells. No big deal,right? I called to tell them and they were willing to give me a credit. I asked for delivery being as though I would still be hungry I clearly asked “would delivery be a while because I have home fries and don’t want them to be super cold, or could you bring me more of those as well?”. The woman stated they would the sandwich right out to me... 35 minutes later I’m still waiting at the drop off location & they keep putting me on hold to tell me the driver is there. Problem is I’m there and there is no driver there... 40 minutes later she finally arrives and at this point my homefries are FREEZING & it’s lunch time. They do not value their customers! I’m sure if they did I would of had a hot home fries in the bag along with the sandwich. Or even an apology for the long wait & unsatisfied order. Instead, they said “not sure what more you want we’ve already made it”. Sad to say I won’t be back! I’ll spend my money where they appreciate...

I've ordered from this establishment in Dover/Cheswold, Delaware for years. Tonight I placed a simple order, no special requests. Pastrami and Swiss on toasted rye (on menu no special request) a cheesesteak, a salad with breaded chicken, 3 chicken tenders. The salad had a disgusting taste to it no matter what dressing I used, the pastrami and Swiss on "toasted" rye was on regular rye not toasted and was cold, the first bite of the cheesesteak was good but then there was nothing but chewy fat. So we all said that was it and threw it in the trash. Finally I called Glasgow because I spent a lot of money and had to throw the food away. The manager was soooo rude and nastily said to me well if you didn't like the meal bring it back. I told her it's in the trash and I didn't want a refund I wanted them to know that maybe something was wrong with the sauce or salad dressing because it tasted like chemicals. She said if you want a refund then bring in the trash then she hung up on me. I did what the ignorant manager requested, I brought her the trash. I don't think I should have had to do that and I would not have IF she didn't hang up on...

Just walked into this place. The short black lady with different color braids and glass is extremely rude and a poor representation for the business. I asked for strawberry jelly on my sandwich, she stated they don't have strawberry jelly. I was there on 6/8 and ordered the same thing; the lady who took my order said ok when I requested the strawberry jelly.

The lady who took my order today asked another gentleman who was there " when did we get strawberry jelly, I never knew we had it" I explained to her when I was in her a couple weeks ago I requested it without any issues. I apologized for the inconvenience.

A short while after placing the order I called in to cancelled it. The lady said it is already made. I stated ok. Then she hung up on me. Next time treat your customers with dignity and respect and you don't have to worry about people cancelling orders you already made. I do not want her around anything I order with that attitude treating customers the way...
