HM Security - ADT Authorized Dealer — Attraction in Downey

OMG! This company is awesome. I was instructed by my employer to get 5 estimates for security cameras for a small commercial property. I had the pleasure of communicating via phone and text with Rey. He was very prompt & patient at responding and providing answers to my MANY questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Rey clearly explained how each plan works and what the differences are so that I can make the right decision. After getting several estimates it was clear that HM Security was definitely A CUT ABOVE ! They were not the "cheapest" I found, but what they offered outweighed the competition BY FAR!

The installer Alex came out and in 2 days had installed 13 cameras for us to cover the entire property. He patiently took the time to install the software onto our phones and show us how the system worked. The HD quality is phenomenal! They surpassed all the competition in customer service and experience. I have referred them to several friends and plan to use them for my home security cameras as well!

I've dealt with ADT for years and typically it's kind of a pain in the neck. You get some corporate phone loop system and it's hard to get things done. I moved to a new house, and knowing this, I tried to find a local dealer. That's when found HM security and talked to Rey on the phone. He was awesome. He answered all my questions and he had his guy out to our house the next day. Felipe came and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We have an existing system and he replaced dead batteries, replaced broken sensors and got the whole thing going cameras and all in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Great customer service. It's so refreshing to be able to call an ADT authorized dealer and actually talk to somebody let alone the owner. I highly recommend Rey and his crew. They did a great job and will definitely be sticking with them....
