My husband and I had dreamed of having Indy's Cookies as our dessert since we first got engaged. We reached out to Indy's Cookies to discuss the possibility of including their cookies for our wedding dessert. Fast forward a year, and we found ourselves just two weeks away from our wedding day. Despite the tight timeline, Indy's Cookies was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They managed to bake over 35 cookies in various flavors for us.

The cookies were not only ready in time, but Indy's Cookies also ensured a delightful selection that impressed all our guests. Each guest received a cookie, and they were a huge hit—people are still talking about them days after our wedding!

I had been seeing Indy's cookies on my FB feed and had to try them. They are located in Dunedin, but not downtown. They are in the shopping center on the right as you head towards the Causeway to Honeymoon Island.

I went late in the day after the beach, so there wasn't much of a selection left (go earlier and follow for the cookie of the day). I was hoping for a cream filled cookie. I purchased a chocolate chip and cookies and cream.

The chocolate chip was baked to perfection! When I broke it in half it made that perfect smacking sound, showing that it was that M word that makes us cringe in the middle. It was truly delish!

Cookies were absolutely incredible! I purchased some before going to the bingo hall next door, and then found out they wouldn't let me in with them. So I left them in the car, and drooled on the bingo card thinking about them. It's all I thought of on the way home. I had the Reese Puff one first and it was so soft but deliciously fall apart. I could only manage one before I was on a sugar high, as the cookies are massive. The next day I had the fudge one, or double chocolate, and it was so gooey and amazingly chocolatey.
