Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. See Screenshots of conversation. Basically, the delivery driver Deanna would constantly mess things up, leave the bottles directly in the main stairs with no room to walk by. Problem is that we have an older lady who walks up the steps sometimes alone and she isn't able to move the bottles. It's happened multiple times. I politely sent a text request which was apparently received by the driver. Then one day I find all the bottles were taken and not replaced. I asked why? Then a week goes by, I keep trying to get ahold of them. Finally the owner says the driver Deanna "GOT OFFENDED that someone was very rude to her". NOBODY WAS EVER RUDE TO HER, WE NEVER EVEN SPOKE WITH HER FACE TO FACE. I sent a polite request. Most delivery services take delivery instructions. COMPLETELY NORMAL. Read the text and see for yourself. Finally, he says "oh well I'll talk with her and see." Days go by, I'm still waiting without water for my family. No resolution. Finally I had to find another company because the delivery driver is a liar and the business owner would rather lose a customer than replace a bad driver.
