So on a friend's advice and being nude town. I took my brand new wedding ring that my mother gave to my husband because it's an heirloom. I took it there the first time they fixed it a tiny diamond to come out a month later, not even the same diamond came back out. He made me pay for the diamond. He apparently doesn't believe in his shop or the guy he works or works far enough to back up his work. I've checked other reviews online. Just in general about jewelry, plenty of other jewelers do it.My mother said he should have done it. I would give this place no stars if I could. First off, the place is so old, and makes you feel like you are in the 60's or 70's with that gaudy wallpaper. Gross! And secondly it's a ripoff! $25 bucks to take a few links out of a watch! Really??? Never again! And to top it off the store was empty when I went and the owner didn't even act like he wanted to help me with my watch. Joke business! Jennings Jewelers in Honesdale charged 5 bucks! Jennings for the Win and I will always go there...
