Awesome park! Big park area with TONS of open space, dozens of picnic tables, multiple playground areas for age groups. There are some puddle areas from poor rain drainage, abs overall it’s sad to see how awesome of a park and playground this place has…to be so OLD-LOOKING??! The playground IS awesome, but is in BAD NEED of a fresh coat of paint. Super cool three-story playground though! Four slides! Two three-story twisty tube slides! The spiral staircase design of this playground is very creative and neat. There’s also a fenced in dog park area as well, and a large gazebo shelter area. It was an overcast day today but this park was packed and the playground was FULL of kids! Picnics and birthday parties all over the place. Great park and playground for your little ones and family. Such a fun playground with so many different...
Read moreNice park right off the highway - this was great for us because we were on a road trip and just needed a place for my toddler to run and play a bit. The bathrooms are just a little dingy but totally functional and fine...
Read moreWe love Duke Park. It’s a large playground but in the older side. It has two huge tube slides on the larger play structure, swings and other fun items. There’s a wood chuck flooring. There are bathrooms close by. There are picnics shelters and plenty of shaded grass areas. There is also a smaller play structure for smaller children within walking distance. The parking lot is a decent size and there is also on the street parking. If you’re coming down N. roxboro, there are signs posted...
