I had a 5-star experience with ZigZibit! It was my first project with them. They came highly recommended to me by a professional colleague. I worked with the team of Margaret Frid (Sales) and Roger Williams (Design). This was also my first time in ~10 years working on a tradeshow booth and much has changed, and I was also new to my position and wanted to make sure this project was a success. I had a very short runway to develop and create the booth for delivery at a show. Both Margaret and Roger are exceptionally collaborative, great communicators and skilled at explaining the various options and creating mock-ups so that I could see what I we were creating. They walked me through the process helping me avoid snags and make good decisions by giving me solid recommendations from their wealth of experience. Most of all they were responsive. I felt like they became a part of my team for the duration of our work together. It was simply an outstanding collaboration. I was sorry to see our project end because I so enjoyed working with them. After working with a local exhibit house for 20+ years, we decided to make a change and came across Zig Zibit by a simple phone call from Dorian. The call followed with sending them our RFP and we were immediately intrigued with the company. In the past year we have worked with Zig Zibit to re-do our smaller booth displays (10x10s and 10x20s), as well as our larger booths (20x20, 20x30 and 20x40). The support, ideas and communication we receive from them has been top-notch. E-mails (and there are A LOT of them) get answered typically within the hour and phone calls are always answered. During actual events, I know if there is ever an emergency we don't need to hesitate to call cell phones (including evenings and weekends). I haven't ever felt like we are a burden but thankful that we reach out. They truly want to be a partner in your business and not just a vendor.
