I went into Fedex this afternoon to print copies of my son's birthday invites for his class. I went with my 2 children. I thought it would be a quick in and out so I didn't bring the stroller for my infant. I first worked with Jarrin. Jarrin gave me pricing and different paper options. After the invitations were printed he told me to wait at the other register. I waited behind ONE other customer. The manager, Mary, asked me how I completed my order. I thought she was going to check me out, but instead she packed up to leave for the day. She did tell me that it wouldn't be that much longer. At this point, we'd been in the store for a while. After Mary left it felt like another 10 minutes go by. Mary had said on her way out, it won't be much longer. She knew we'd been waiting a while already. Jarrin had no register and is working on something. The ONE customer left and Felicia, working the register turns directly around and starts taping some stuff. I'm thinking it must be important because customer service 101 would tell you to help the customer that's been waiting it front of you. Minutes go by and Jarrin asks do I need something? I said I'm still waiting to check out. Felicia looks back and says I FORGOT you were standing there. At this point, I think we'd been there about 45 minutes. I'm standing there all of 5 ft. 9, holding a 20 lb NON-WALKING INFANT and my trying to occupy my DISABLED son. The kids were clearly TIRED and making NOISE. You forgot we were standing there??? The children and I get NO apology from FELICIA. She finally starts checking us out and the final total is 2.5 times what Jarrin quoted me. When I commented on this she basically said oh well. I didn't do it and glared at me. I could have paid it, but she was so nasty and rude. Instead, I went to Office Depot right down the street. The address is 5600 S Miami Blvd., Morrisville, N.C. 27560. I was in and out of 10 minutes and guess what, it was cheapest and most importantly they were KIND. This is my first time having any c/s issues at this location, but this will be my last. If you having a good day, FELICIA will try to ruin. If you're having a bad day, FELICIA will try to push you off the cliff. This hateful woman should be working in the prison, not in c/s. Anyone that would be rude to someone with kids, one disabled knowing I was waiting for almost an hour for 15 single page invitations. There's a special place for people like that and it shouldn't be working with people or near kids. Felicia did give me business card, tell me to press #8 for Mary and she spelled out...

I walked in and a woman whose name I did not receive, that was dressed as a manager, or perhaps the owner, was behind one desk and a gentleman who was dressed as an employee was behind the other. I told him that I needed to send my passport and asked for a stapler. The lady looked at the gentleman and said, āitās over there and she can just set up over there and do what she needs to doā which I took to mean she did not want me taking up the space on her desk, which is where I had to put my documents. I was OK with that and although I had grabbed the stapler from it, I was was going to move over to the workstation when she said āor notā in a snide tone. I picked up my documents, put the stapler on the counter and said ā Iāll just do this with someone else and give them my businessā and left. Iāve been in hospitality all of my life, and I do not care what the situation is or what your position is, you do not speak at your customers, and you especially do not speak at them in tones such as that! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt typically write reviews and wasnāt sure if Iād write this one. Then, I saw the many reviews that validated my experience and thought to write one since there is obviously a problem that needs to be fixed at this location.
I would avoid going to this location.. I was sending back an item in the conditions that I received it in, but somehow that was my fault (based on the behavior of the staff member). Saying things like āthis is not going to fitā and looking at me like she didnāt believe me when I said thatās exactly how it came didnāt seem necessary. We did figure out a way that it could be packed to be sent out.. but the attitude from staff seemed unnecessary.
