Batteries Plus — Attraction in Eagan

I have had several of my watches serviced here, today was the last. The man working in the store today seemed to be overwhelmed while changing my watch batteries to 3 watches, he was swearing and make loud huffing sounds while I was waiting I knew something was going to happen… of course 2 watches were fixed and one he shattered the screen, I told him I wished he would have stopped and said sorry I can’t get it fixed instead of having the screen cracked. I spoke to the manager or owner Dustin who sounded just as useless he clearly wasn’t as concerned when I spoke with him about my experience and he for sure lost a long time customer. He claims he will either replace or fix the crystal. My concern is having someone work there who has such frustration over watch batteries, he did admit he was swearing and upset, he also tried to give me the other two watch batteries for free, I’m an honest person and paid for the 2 completed watches I’m an NOT trying to get anything free I just wish my watch wasn’t smashed and I was treated better as a customer, it was very uncomfortable all the way around, let’s see how long it takes to get fixed, bring your watches to the fixery in the mall.. Look at the reviews of this place it’s awful

If I could post negative amount if stars I would because 1 star is too much. We dropped off a phone for a new battery and it was replaced and worked for a couple weeks. Suddenly the screen started blacking out while the phone was on. We brought it back in to see if something was loose or happened when the battery was replaced. They kept the phone for another hour or so and called to say there was nothing wrong with it and that the screen had nothing to do with the battery.

Forward a couple days and jumping through numerous hoops with TMobile and insurance, I took the phone to YouBreakIFix. They told me that when the battery was replaced, someone must have broken the screen because they replaced it with a third party product. Not only that, there was a copper wire inside that was bent making the screen unusable. They were able to get the screen working, but were 100% certain that they broke our original screen when changing the batter and just didn't tell us. Replacing it with the third party screen, thinking we would never find out/know. This was TERRIBLY irresponsible and misleading.

I have been looking for a place to get a new car battery for about 2 weeks. My hybrid takes a specific type of battery that is way more expensive than average, and most places didn't want to touch trying to install it and the mechanics all wanted about $150 bucks just to install the thing.

Brian, the manager there, not only was willing to install the battery for about $20. He found another battery that cost less and has a better warranty than the one I was looking at. Not only did he install it, he said it was so easy and quick he wasn't even going to charge me. I was stunned and very grateful. I absolutely will be getting all my batteries there going forward even though I have a batteries plus closer to where I live.

Overall he saved me about $150 compared to the quotes I was getting. I couldn't be more satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY as the service was excellent. As someone at high risk for COVID-19, I also wanted to point out that everyone working was wearing a mask and they were practicing good social distancing.
