Ordered through mobile app a 5-piece meal. Got order and pulled straight ahead into empty spot. Checked order and only received 4 pieces as didn’t get the breast. Called store and explained and asked if they could just bring me the one breast to my car. That would have made too much sense and been too quick and easy!!! Instead the supervisor said I had to come INTO the store with my receipt and she would give me a 2-piece meal due to their error. I asked if they could just bring it to me as I am currently disabled. She kept saying over and over and over again that I had to COME INTO THE STORE and show receipt in order to get this. I had to go and park in handicap parking and hobble in with immense pain!!!! I asked for supervisor and she said”I told you you could bring that in next time to get the 2-piece free meal”. Then she said I hung up so she couldn’t finish telling me that. She had already told me 4 times and kept saying the same thing over and over and would not listen to me when I said I am disabled and that is why I needed to use the drive through. I explained I was only in that specific Eagan store as I had just came from doctor appts and do NOT live in the area. She didn’t care at all the pain and suffering she put me through. So, the store wasted extra money by giving me this extra meal and caused me severe physical pain. It’s now several hours later and I decided to have another piece of chicken. There was a LONG BLACK HAIR wrapped around the thigh. I have silver-white hair!!!!! I had to throw all of the rest of the food away. That was the last straw. I attempted to call the “24-hr support” # and it was automated and wouldn’t accept my choices. Then I attempted their text messaging; same thing, it was taking way tooooo long for each single question and would NOT allow me to even tell the problem. I don’t want anything back from Popeye’s as I will never eat at any location again in the twin cities area, as locations closer to my home have extremely bad ratings and horrible reputations. Pathetic in every way and employees with no common sense or courtesy. There was never even an “I’m sorry” involved. Negative 20 would be my true rating as even the quality was horrible. Read moreThe reason I am giving a 1 star for service is I specifically drove to this location for fresh food for my family. I ordered my food they repeated the order back but, I didn't check my order until I made it home to feed my kids. I noticed they didn't give me my side order with family meal. I called and explained that I didn't get my side item. They told me come back and bring receipt which I did. They told me wait additional 10 minutes when I got there. They offered no apology and gave me the smallest side item as possible in a little box. I had to drive all the way back to Eagan and it would have been common courtesy for them to fix their mistake they could have offered me something for my inconvenience but, nothing not even a drink. This is the very reason I stopped eating at Popeyes the customer service.

The worst part was that was some of the worst service my friends and I ever received. Took over 10 minutes to get my order, my buddy was missing two orders of fries and the employee argued with him over it until we showed him the receipt.
