Early Blooms & Things — Attraction in Early

If I could give zero stars I would. We were extremely disappointed in what was delivered to the service. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture except it was pink and green. The picture we ordered had at least 3 types of flowers and greenery and was full. What we saw at the service was pitiful. Maybe 2 dozen carnations and sparse greenery. When you order on line because you live a distance away you put your trust and hope that you will get something that at least resembles what you picked. These people just took our money and threw something together. Next time I'll just bring something from my local florist so we can be sure it's what we want. Ordered corsage and boutonnière for prom. The order was wrong. Didn't match the dress or tux. Forever flowers started falling apart as soon they put it on. Flowers were not in the heat or refrigerator like the box stated. There was no pin to put the boutonnière on. The owner argued with me and stated that we should have complained when we picked them up. But they close at 3pm and my son picked it up at 2:30.

Owner offered to fix the flower's today Tuesday May 9th, but prom is over. The kids didn't get to enjoy their flowers for their senior prom.

I am so impressed with the service provided by Early Blooms and Things! I've always had a Valentine for my daughter; however, she's left home and is away at college now. I told myself it would be fine, she's a big girl now... but when the time came, I really wanted her to have a Valentine from me. So I thought I would take a chance and call.
