Taco Casa — Restaurant in Early

went to taco Casa tonight for supper. In 15 years I had never eaten there. Joined friends the other day but I did not eat. They never said anything about the food. Other than the nacho plate was large. Got the nachos tonight, or I guess it was super nachos, because I wanted the jalapeños. the chips were awful (I've never tasted since we are tortilla chips in my tummy is definitely not happy after eating them) the cheese was awful. The beans were OK, I think the meat was probably full of filler, the tomatoes and sour cream were OK. The cashier told me he didn't get paid enough to tell me or know what was in their green sauce. He asked one person and they said green pepper. He did ask one young lady, and she was nice enough to go back and see what was in it after i inquired about it. I do thoroughly enjoy that it was very clean, they played Christian music and it's a very pleasant atmosphere. But I am sorry to say that I won't be back. Sorry this is such a negative review. I forgot to take the pictures before I started eating. They did pack the nachos very nicely for takeout and I greatly appreciated that. They had two containers, one with chips, and it contained cheese sauce, and then the other container had the sour cream, tomatoes, beans, and...

I normally try not to post negative comments but I was beyond disbelief with the service that I received last night. I even slept on it thinking if I should post anything. I love Taco Casa so much that I even worked at a location in Garland, Texas. We stopped in around 9:15 pm to get something quick and it wasn't our first time to do this after bowling but when I went to order my food and asked for a courtesy water I was told NO. I couldn't have a cup of water, NO EXPLANATION other than the courtesy cups are for 7 and under kids only. I knew that from working at the Taco Casa that I worked at, I wasn't asking for that I asked for a cup of water and was still told NO, wasn't offer any other explanation other than NO. I canceled my order and chose to NEVER eat at this...

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 super tacos with no tomato and a large drink. I got home and realized I only had one taco and it was LOADED with tomato. I tried calling 7 times... 6 times it we t to the answering machine. Once it was a busy line. I went back, went inside and the crew asked how they could help. I advised my order was incomplete l and wrong. One of the crew asked for new order. They did not apologize or ask how they could make my visit better, until it was pointed out that their customer service skills were seriously lacking. As they handed me the order, they said “sorry about that” ... the store was empty except For me so this was unacceptable. The food itself...
