Hair-Port Beauty Salon — Attraction in East Hartford

So disappointed in my appointment that was for 1030 the stylist had the wrong color red ok either one of us clarified so I left and got my own hair….i just finish taking my prior braids out so kind of needed a comb thru during my wash hair was very detangled. as she was blow drying my hair then she start braiding an I can hear her huffing and puffing in the background then somebody called her and she said she was aggravated so I said if you’re aggravated, why did you start doing my hair then she said I’ve been rude the whole time that she didn’t feel good blah blah blah blah blah she should’ve just canceled the appointment from the jump talking about all money ain’t good money start taking my braid out and I left an I I’m still seating in the car I still have shampoo on my ears very unprofessional if u. Can’t handle certain clients or constructive criticism she’s only 18 she hope God blesses me and I find my other stylist u can’t be mad if people are use 2 what they use 2 it’s not like I walked in we been communicating on social media so I was trying to support her...

I have been going here for a long time, and I have had an amazing experience. The staff treats you like family and chats with you while doing your hair. Yesterday, I was able to get my hair done at the last minute, and I got Fulani Bohemian braids. My shampoo was fantastic, my scalp felt great after the massage and deep clean, and I highly recommend it because the prices are reasonable, my parts were clean, and the atmosphere is very clean. My 1st time to this salon.. I made a appt for my grand daughter who is 13.it was her 1st salon experience..she loved the energy in the salon as it was busy. Lots of clients getting hair done. I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness lots of spsce.The hairdressers was professional and nice. The owner was friendly. I liked the salon.and how my grand daughter was happy loved her hair. We will be going on a regular. next is my 9yr old grand daughter for her hair done..Thank you to thee owner for having put together such a wonderful place to get your hair and more things done.. we will be back and recommending...
