City Terrace Library — Attraction in East Los Angeles

Staff is really sweet and I love how clean they are everyday someone cleans the toys and each day the toys are different. They also have frequent activities for toddlers and up but not for 0-5 year of age. When I go the staff often gives my toddler activity bags!
