The restaurant itself is very bland and not lively, customer service was pleasant kind workers 🤗, coffee that's where the big disappointment is 🙄 the coffee regardless which u get leaves a odd not good after taste 😖 their blends can definitely have a huge improvement if changes Are made 🤔, presentation of cup itself is funny it is as cheap as gas station coffee cups 🤣 for their prices you'd think they'd invest on better quality and better displayed cups. All in all I 100% recommend Starbucks for much better taste, presentation and most of all prices, Get your money's worth don't disappoint yourself like I did.😒

Stopped by because they open at 6am, and I needed coffee. There is a small parking lot in the back that has 2 parking spots available. I ordered my favor lavender frap and tres leches muffin. The lavender frap is very flavorful. Highly recommend for lavender lovers. The tres leches muffin is a surprise. It is very moist inside the muffin, and it was not overly sweet. Service was prompt and fast. The tables and chairs were neat and clean. There were plenty of tables and chair available that I can hangout and work here.

Great local chain for coffee In East LA. If you like specialty lattes this is the place for you - I highly recommend the Mexican mocha. They also have a few pastry offerings that are pretty decent. Definitely don’t sleep on the tres ledges muffins. This location has plenty of parking which is nice as well. I came late in the morning on a Saturday and we had no problem finding a spot. Check it out if you’re in the area and in need of some caffeine!!

Honestly place has great coffee, down fall is the staff. Whatever shift that works from 12p to about 530pm looks like they are miserable, baristas have super inappropriate conversations and basically brush you off as you walk up to the register like they don’t notice that you’ve been standing there waiting to order. One employee that stood out the most was a heavier set gal with glasses and curly hair that wore a blue plaid top on Sunday April 28th , she had the rudest attitude, and super inappropriate conversation with her coworkers who also attempted to ignore her several times and it was like she wasn’t getting the hint while she ranted about “satanic artists” from Coachella-, ranting about religion and Jesus. I noticed she also drank water from her flask and failed to wash or sanitize her hands before beginning to make a drink that was ordered by someone else (thank goodness) I’ve been coming to this specific location for about 6 months and I noticed that coffee is super inconsistent, I always add oatmilk to my drinks and 6 out of 10 drinks I order seem to have regular milk, and when you mention it to the baristas to have it corrected, it’s like they are so bothered that they need to do their job, like come on, why go through the process of applying at a customer service job, then complain about having to provide customer service ? It’s wild to me. Anyways I hope my review gets notice and that gal finds a new career path and a new attitude because customer service isn’t it for her and apparently neither is making coffee ✌🏽 I know it’s hard to find decent employees these days but geeeeez! Minimum wage =...

The employees here are ALWAYS rude. Whoever was working today's shift Sunday April 21 2024 @2PM is apparently a cop. My husband and I decided to get Tierra Mia today and as we approached the location there was no parking so we decided for him to stay in the car while I went in and he parked in handicap area just in case someone with handicap arrived he could have moved. While I was waiting for my order the barista over the bar had the audacity to ask me if I had a handicap permit and I told her no but my husband is there waiting for me and can move the car if he needs to then she goes on to say well those are for handicap only. Oh! I'm sorry I didn't know you were a cop, were you going to give me a citation? So in order to avoid any problems I had my husband move and drive around looking for parking. Then when my drink was ready the barista who handed off my drink was so unpleasant she literally placed my drink on the counter and as she yelled my name she walked away, didn't even hand me a straw or anything. I love Tierra Mia for their drinks but the service is really bad! They need to hire more...

I'm so glad this company came and opened near CalstateLA. It needs more of these. As you'd expect and appreciate, it was full of college kids on laptops! I love that it was open at 6pm on a Sunday. Yesterday I was craving a sweet treat and didn't want to drive to Pasadena like I usually do. My husband mentioned this cafe and so we went. Had a chocolate tres leches muffin my toddler and husband equally loved. Had a Mexican hot chocolate with oat milk sub. I wanted a cup to cool some down for the kid and the barista gave me a cup with some ice, perfect! I also had a non dairy strawberry fresca aka smoothie that tasted refreshing and fresh. Personally I would've loved a bigger table but I understand the set up of all small 1-2 people max tables since college kids plus laptops is likely their main customers. We sat at a table with a toddler on my lap. I saw a family of 4 have to sit outside split between two...
