If you like coffee lukewarm come here.. If you like generic art come here.. If you don't care the source of your coffee (fair trade, organic, they carry neither) come here. I had to hear myself tell the owner : "I just spent 11 dollars as of 10 minutes ago I BETTER GET TOBUSE THE RESTROOM ONCE" after she asked me NOT TO USE THE RESTROOM or feel free to come in and out as I pleased , SCOLDING ME and waiting outside the restroom to tell me this.. Honestly, i suspect she is homophobic. The rest of the staff is great but not her. Her attitude is crappy (like their coffee) for what ever they are trying to deliver in city terrace . Overpriced. Seats are uncomfortable too. Garbage If you want a decent tasting organic coffee at 7a.m. check out the Alvaro bakery neighboring block. THAT'S all I can say bout this place. Not worth my money. Nice place, crappy...

Walking in is awkward as there is nothing to tell you that you need to order first and then have a seat. I walked in, tried asking a person that was cleaning if we seat ourselves and no response. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't hear me. I walked up to the cashier that is located in back of the restaurant and asked. She said to order first. There were no extra menus available to look through while people were ordering and paying. We waited until we were in front of the cashier to look at a menu, which is awkward and feels rushed.

Food was delicious, a bit pricey for quantity. I ordered cafe de olla and it was only coffee with cinnamon powder😒. We ordered waffles, brioche French toast (this was a little undercooked), and waffles with nutella and strawberries (not pictured). For 4 people the total was about $75...

This was the worst experience and on Mother’s Day to boot. I left in tears from THE REDONDO LOCATION having been made to feel like a schmuck when asking for a simple request. And not just by the unaccommodating manager but also by some cook in the back who had no business getting involved in further humiliating me. I will never return here and will blast this on every social media platform until they properly train their staff on customer service. Having been the creator and owner of Umami Burger way back when, if I saw my staff speak to or heard they had treated a customer as less then, there would be action taken or they would no longer be affiliated with my restaurant. In the current climate where every penny counts, to lose 2 potential customers on their first time there, should be taken seriously. Job...

Came to this coffee shop before noon and they still had the breakfast menu, which it is was delicious. What we had was really good. The French toast were really good, we also had another breakfast plate, eggs, bacon, home fries potatoes and bread. The bacon was delicious, the potatoes were average, everything was tasteful. The regular coffee is average, tasted like dark roast but not too strong. My husband had the pumpkin latte and he liked it. The owner was super friendly and helpful, their best seller is the Chai latte, but they also offer seasonal coffees. The place is super cute with a Guatemalan kick. We went on a Saturday late morning and it was pretty quiet. Some people like to come to work and drink coffee in this unique coffee place. The lunch sandwiches are delicious too!

This is an unassuming and charming cafe with a nice ambiance and remarkable level of service. The food is fresh and certainly good, though perhaps not knock-you-off-your-feet good. While I loved my chai latte and highly recommend it, I would have to say the sandwiches were somewhat pedestrian, though the brioche w/ egg & sausage stands out among those my group and I ordered. What really makes this cafe memorable is the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. It was a joy to eat here! They also have good Wi-Fi!
